I love the personal service that I receive. The shuttle picks me up at my car within minutes. I like the shuttle tracking on the app to see where the shuttle bus is at. I also like being able to use a QR code to get in/out of the facility.

Everything is fine but it’s usually hard to reach the water in the self check out.
Drivers are usually helpful and friendly.
The shuttles usually need new shocks or something to make the ride smoother especially if u have a bad back or neck. 😁.

When we park our vehicle at The Parking Spot East, it has always been an easy reliable service. We have had flight delays but when we walk out the airport door there has always been a shuttle waiting to take us to our car. The drivers always help us with our bags and have been friendly which is nice especially when returning from places that are less friendly. We plan to always use the Parking Spot.

When I book a reservation, I am assured of a covered space and a seamless transaction once I return from a trip. I also am impressed by how hospitable the drivers always are.
