Great location! I often travel late in the evening or very early in the morning and I always feel safe in the lot and on the shuttle. I never worry about the security of my vehicle while it is parked here. Most of your drivers are very friendly and happy to help move luggage on/off shuttle. Many go above and beyond and have often offered to place my luggage IN my car or at the trunk. Though pricing fluctuates based on dates, it is reasonable in comparison to other off-site parking options.

I absolutely LOVE using the services of The Parking Spot! We have parked there numerous times and now have our family and friends parking there as well. My favorite things are the security and the services. We travel with our golf clubs several times a year and not having to lug our clubs with our luggage from the long term parking to the tram and then through the airport is wonderful. We park, get on the van with our clubs, are dropped off by the entrance to the terminal and walk in to check in. Even without our clubs we park there. Every time we travel we park there. I am so appreciative of their service.

Your drivers are very friendly that’s what I really like about your service however, the lack of shuttles the time waiting at airports and even at the parking has gotten worse and worse over the last couple of months. I’ve been with you guys for a while now traveling back-and-forth I hope that this can improve and make a better experience for pick up and drop offs. Just hate coming home and waiting for a shuttle for 15 to 20 minutes when you’re competitors have constant shuttles going round and round just my feedback.
