I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service we received at The Parking Spot – St. Louis!

I was traveling with two family members who have mobility disabilities, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience as easy and stress-free as possible.

When we arrived, the driver actually got into our vehicle with us and drove us directly to the airport! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He assisted with unloading our luggage, helped me get my family members out of the vehicle and into their wheelchairs, and made sure we got safely to the airport entrance.

When we returned from our trip, we received that same outstanding service! Two attendants brought our vehicle directly to us, helped load our luggage, and made sure we were ready to get on our way.

This was truly the BEST possible service we could have asked for, especially after the long and trying days we had experienced during our travels.

Traveling with loved ones who have mobility challenges can be stressful, but the staff at The Parking Spot made this part of our journey so much easier. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to us than they probably realize.

We have been using parking spot for years and we couldn’t have been happier. They noticed were having car issues within 10-15 minutes of being dropped off and helped us out and let us use their office while car was getting worked on. My only complaint in the past was the pickup at the airport. This time it was awesome. Two vans were there because customers' flights had come in at that time. I like how Parking Spot is always looking for ways to improve.
