Very easy to use
It is very easy to enter and exit and we never have to wait long for a shuttle. It is great service with friendly drivers.
The Parking Spot on Airport is always our go to location when flying out of Hobby.
Unfortunately we did have one small hiccup this time. The morning driver handed me the parking card with our row and space location. I didn't look at it, just put it away as usual. Upon return handed the ticket to the driver as usual. Either she misread the ticket or the orginal driver mis-wrote the aisle as our drop-off was passed by and we were the last to be dropped after a long day of travel. I understand mistakes happen and it's partially my fault for not checking the ticket when I put it away. I won't be making that mistake again and recommend everyone check their tickets once it's handed to you! Such is life!

I loved being able to reserve and prepay online. Check-in was seamless. The shuttles to and from the airport run so frequently, there is very little time spent waiting and wondering. Parking here makes air travel easier.
