Check in and check out was very efficient. The parking shuttle picked us up immediately after parking our car. There was a parking shuttle bus at the terminal right after we picked up our luggage. And it was a good price. Both drivers (arriving and leaving) were very courteous.

Ease in shuttling(both pick up to and from airport was commendable). Pricing is good and customer service is exceptional.

We have used your facilities several times and have always had a pleasurable experience with all of your personnel. From the person who greets us upon arrival and the drivers that help with our luggage in the lot as well as the arrival to the airport. The same upon our return being picked up dropped off and leaving the lot. Always a joy using your lot. As well as using the web site to book and the quick response from web site if we have questions. Upon our return on November 9th we approached the exit gate around 4:00pm and tried to use the QR code to exit. We tried multiple times to no avail it was raining and everything was wet. The employee was in her gate area and didn’t see us trying to open the gate. We honked our horn several times and she finally looked over. We told her how the gate isn’t working and her reply was to try to dry off the scanner to see if that worked. She made no effort to come over and help. We didn’t have a towel in the car. She then said well you can pull over here, which we do and she had a problem with scanning the code as well. We were disappointed that no apology and no physical help to come over to us to help. I understand that it was raining but to just suggest to dry everything did not sit right. This episode is not turning us away from using the Parking Spot but we felt with the several times of using your lot as well as the courteous staff that we have always experienced we felt you should be aware of this one time situation. Process is mostly hassle free check-in, check-out. Did need help from driver with keypad choices on check out. Friendly and helpful drivers. Pick up service timely.

Everything about this experience was great: Easy to book, park, and the personal service from the car to the airport and from the airport back to the car…and everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely make this my #1 Parking Spot 😘

I like that it is close to the airport and the shuttle service is good too. But some drivers aren't as personable.

Bus is always at the parking lane when we arrive. Friendly and helpful drivers.

I have always had the best success finding and accessing shuttles at the Parking Spot west location. The shuttles to/from the airport were my reason for not going back to other places to park during trips. It’s such a convenient transition to and from being out of town. Only reason I wouldn’t recommend is to keep it from getting too crowded.

I like them, however, the employment of immigrants that have difficulty understanding standing English and writing English has created a problem. In particular, finding cars that are parked in the lot. Kinda important!
