Super convenient to the Oakland Airport. By the time we parked and got our luggage out of our truck, the shuttle driver was at our vehicle to pick us up. He got out, loaded our luggage, gave us a card with our location in the lot, and then we were off to the airport. Upon reaching our terminal drop off in the center divider, the driver then unloaded the luggage, and helped us out of the van. From driving into their lot, parking our truck, and walking into the terminal, the whole process was less than 15 minutes, probably closer to 10-12 minutes. This is the third time at this location in 20 months, and has always been fast getting to the terminal, and we feel that the truck is in a safe location.

Location and convenience, and people were friendly. Wasn't sure how things would go because our flight arrived at 12:30AM. But the app worked and the driver answered the phone (whew!), and we were picked up and delivered right to our car. Well done!

Works well
Pick up and drop up were on point. The driver was courteous. The only issue was paying were I have to swipe my cc now. I used to just be able to scan the checkout barcode and it would apply the credit card on file. Hasn't worked the past 3 reservations.

Using the Parking Spot was very easy and quick. We were able to get parking relatively quick and as soon as we got to the first floor, the shuttle was already there. Also getting back was easy. Followed the signs to the pickup location and got on a shuttle within minutes.
