The benefits of being a club member make it rewarding to continue to use the app. Shuttle staff are always friendly and helpful when getting to and from the airport on time and safely.
It is very convenient to park offsite and have the shuttle buses drop me off at my gate. The drivers are always courteous and helpful with my luggage. The time from my car to the gate and back is not long at all. I will be using you again in October.

I like that a spot is always available and that I can get a quick ride to the airport. My biggest issue is that your drivers seem to forget about people waiting at Arrivals. Several of us waited over 25 minutes on Friday because your drivers kept circling between the lot and Departures. We were able to track the drivers on the app, which was even more frustrating. You need to ensure that your drivers are making a constant loop between departures and arrivals to decrease peoples waiting time. This is especially helpful for those of us who just got off a redeye flight and it is very early in the morning.

Convenient. Shuttle buses that run 24-7 is the number one thing. If you have a 5am flight, you need to be at the airport at 3am. MCI long term parking does not offer a shuttle service at that hour. Plus, the staff at The Parking Spot is always super friendly and helpful. Once, when our battery had died during our stay, the staff brought out a jump battery at 1am and got us on our way. We LOVE this company…
