Location

This is my go-to Parking Spot when I travel. The location is in perfect proximity to the airport. Most of all, I am always happy with the care and courtesy of your drivers. No matter what time of day or night, they are always pleasant, patient, helpful, and such skillful drivers.

I am, however, disappointed that more passengers don't offer a tip. These drivers are lifting hundreds of pounds of luggage, all with a smile, and some passengers don't give it a second thought. It's so unfair that they will tip a waiter/waitress 15-20% or an in-store order with no extra effort involved without question, but not give the same or better appreciation to this very physical service. When traveling, I always carry a small amount of cash just for tipping.

There must be a way to allow the drivers to receive and keep 100% of their tips. Could you possibly display a neatly printed sign that says "tips are welcomed" or "we appreciate your tips" or something to that effect? They deserve it for the wear and tear on their bodies alone.

I get a spot to park in, and the van comes fast to pick me up. Whisks me away to the CLE Hopkins airport. Drops me off, gives me my luggage and I make it to the gate on time.
The drivers are very courteous. They wish me safe travels.

The help we receive to get to our vehicle quickly is very reassuring. Walking alone at two in the morning to find a vehicle can be a little uncomfortable, so it is nice that your shuttles take you directly to your car so you don't feel alone. The comfort and confidence your service provides makes me feel safe and secure.

Fast and friendly

I love how quickly I can get my car parked and shuttled to the airport! It adds zero time and is easier to figure out than the airport parking, by far!

I appreciate most about your service is the speedy processing and delivery to the airport. On my return trip service was excellent. My vehicle was ready when I arrived at the facility.

Calls are answered promptly, pickups were within 15 mins of arriving at the airport and we were dropped off very close to our vehicle. Both drivers we had on the way to the airport and back were amazing and friendly.

The bus is always there to pick me up after I park my car, and the driver helps me with my suitcases!
