Very quick service
I used it forst time and very happy. Very easy, affordable and convenient. I have seen guy jumped to the shuttle without having’ticket’ pretenting he lost it. Ended up he did not parked car on the lot, he abused free shuttle from terminal and got free ride. Shame on him. Staff at the lit and driver super proffesional and helpful.

Always friendly and great place to park
I am normally satisfied with the service I get but lately is has not been as good as it usually is.
I travel weekly and lately it has been a long wait at the airport for pick up. Other lots have shuttles come and go but the fly has what seems like shuttle and a long wait between trips. The other thing is at the lot. Lately the drivers will drive all around the lot getting people until they are full. A few times this was 20 minutes riding around the lot. Kind of aggravating when you need to get there quickly. I understand they want as many in the bus as possible but there should be some considerations to how long that takes.
I am continuing to use this service but if it becomes the norm I may try someone else.
