Quick service. Was directed to an open spot upon arrival which meant not driving in circles looking for a place to park. Immediately was picked up from my car to take me to the airport. Upon return, walked out the terminal door to find a Parking Spot Shuttle sitting and waiting there so no wait when we returned home either. Picked up a few more people and then took us all directly to our cars. Just phenomenal level of service. There are less expensive lots but honestly you get what you pay for. I'd rather have a flawless parking experience and pay a few more dollars than deal with some of the parking nightmares I've experienced elsewhere. Love The Parking Spot!

I like when you offer booking discounts. That makes parking costs more reasonable vs rideshare. For us, parking at your lot gives us a shorter distance to the airport and a time to "relax" on the final leg before the chaos of the airport begins.
