I fly out of Philadelphia several times a year. The Parking Spot is my go to for leaving my car. It is safe, secure and easy to get to. The transfers run frequently and the drivers are always kind and helpful.

It was an orderly experience finding my parking spot and getting the shuttles. Which beats some of these other parking lots. Paying was easy. I very much like the shuttle tracking feature on the app. Bonus was that we got covered parking upgrade for free. Definitely recommend.

On my way to the airport I did something I’ve never done in all my travels. I left my cell phone (including my wallet) on my shuttle. I flagged down another driver from the south lot and the level of immediate communication, and care from all the drivers and staff members I spoke with was incredibly comforting. I had my phone back curbside in less than 10 minutes thanks to a driver and a dispatcher that both reached out to my amazing driver. For those of us who spend a great deal of time on the road, it’s always nice to feel truly seen and taken care of, even when we are the ones who make the mistake. Thank you all for your always great work!

All the employees are courteous & helpful. The access to Camp Creek is easy to find & exit back into 285. The transportation to f from the airport is clean. Great job!

The valet service is almost always fast and efficient, and the shuttles are frequent. With the AAA discount, parking at The Spot is usually cheaper than taking a car from where I live.
