had issues with my app and my reservations were missing. I parked with a new same day reservation so I wouldn't miss my flight. I called customer service and they took care of it right away. The woman was extremely helpful and very kind. She got it all squared away and even called me later in the day to ensure everything was squared away. When I returned my Driver Julio Gonzalez was excellent driver, very polite, professional and even though he had a full bus and couldn't accept more passengers he stopped and explained this to waiting customers. This is the way it should be done! Bravo

We have always been very happy with the ease of using you to park for LAX. However. The last few times we’ve been there, your trucks seem to really be falling apart. You can tell maintenance is low on your priority lists. We’ve had many times where it sounds like suspension has failed and the clunking and noises coming from under the shuttles has actually been concerning to me and my family.
