My wife and I are very grateful to your gate attendant and Mr. Kareem Hammond Sr. Our Jeep's battery was dead when we returned and both your attendant and Mr. Hammond spent almost 2 hours helping us get our vehicle started so we could be on our way. I was impressed from the start! A coworker recommended trying you for my recent trip out of MDW, and I love the fact that she and I both earn a free day for my booking. It was super easy to make the reservation and very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the pickup and drop-off right at the car -- this is much appreciated. The fact that the shuttle showed up at our car within a minute of parking was very impressive. Your drivers are terrific and very helpful. What else can I say? You are clearly customer-focused, and I can't wait to use The Parking Spot again!

It is very convenient snd cost less money then parking at the airport.

Parking at the Parking Spot is convenient. Transport busses are generally quick with pick ups and drop offs.

The shuttle has always been quick to our car to pick us up. The drivers have always been cheerful and pleasant. On our returns, if the shuttle isn’t there, we’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for the next shuttle.
