Convenient, covered
The ease of parking and the shuttle pickup and drop-off
How often the shuttles run, the proximity to the airport, the covered parking, and the assistance with luggage.
It was so easy to navigate the entire process from reserving to transport back to my car. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, polite and helpful. The Parking Spot 2 helped to make a stressful trip a lot less stressful. This site was recommended to me and I will gladly pass it on.
Great place
Fast pick up to airport and fast pick up at airport back to the spot
We always use the spot!
Great people
Convenient and easy
Place is secure, easy to obtain, employees are friendly & kind. Have used them for all of our trips. Highly recommend.
The professional service. The secure parking. I no longer after worry about returning from a trip to find my truck missing/stolen. The app is also very good.
Easy parking, pickup and friendly people.
Very profesdional
Convenient to the airport. Drivers very friendly. Parking is very secure.
Like that we are picked up and dropped off at our car and your drivers are usually pretty friendly. What I don't like is your prices keep going up and will go up more when you get the covers all the way done
Friendly staff, easy to park, plenty of shuttles.
Everything
Very smooth operation both going in and coming out!
friendly staff, consistent service meaning you don't usually have to wait too long on either end.
The drivers are so kind and helpful
Your attendants and drivers are very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the comfort in being dropped off right at my car each time I return home.
How easy it is to use. Prepaying, using the UPC to get in and out. Also, the speed in which your shuttles arrive at your very spot to pick you up and deliver you back. No long walking with luggage. What a great idea! We travel twice a year and I always appreciate your sale prices that usually cover the tie I need them.
i like having someone at the entry gate telling drivers folks are coming in so I don't have to wait forever to get the shuttle. The self checkout is nice but I have had issues getting a credit card recognized when leaving
Easy to reserve spot on app. Good price. Lots of parking spots. Drivers do great job in letting you know where your car is — and getting you to your car when you return. We enjoy The Parking Spot.
