I would still love it if you could deliver on a fast exit (touchless). Although I have this configured on my profile, and I only have one active method of payment, I still have to touch the screen twice - once to confirm my credit card and again to confirm I don't have any additional discounts.

I love the ease of The Parking spot, It is our go to spot.

The Parking Spot is very close to Bush Airport and the shuttles are available often. The only thing I don't like is you wind up paying a full day fee if you go over your estimated pick up time. My flight was delayed and I picked up my vehicle two hours after my pick up estimate and I was charged for a full day.

Using the parking spot is a seamless easy experience with friendly staff that get you to the airport in a timely fashion.

Fabulous service from pick-up to airport and pick-up at the end of the trip. They loaded luggage while we waited in our car. The unloaded at the terminal. And did the same when we returned! Waited about 2-3 minutes to be picked up from the airport compared to a full hour with Economy Parking. Spot is SO worth the extra money!

Efficiency and courtesy with your team

The cost is the most important factor. Lot 1 is very close and the trip on the shuttle is no longer than walking from B Lot to the terminal. I love that the driver puts my luggage in the trunk of my car. Glad to have this option at DAL.

The people that are at the site and the drivers that operate the shuttle bus are always so helpful and friendly.

The pickup and drop-off at our car. It's very convenient. Also the drivers are friendly and helpful. Plus the rates and the opportunity to earn free parking is an added incentive.

My car battery was dead. You had the equipment to jump start it. I appreciate that so much. I was out of there is no time. I did get the battery replaced. Thank you staff!!!

So convenient and takes the stress off to know a yellow bus will be coming soon. The drivers are all wonderful.

Only issue I had was that it was not clear when I arrived that I had to go upstairs to departures to get to the 'red' sign, and even when I did get upstairs, I could not find the 'red' sign and walked a long distance - the wrong way.

I knew to look for you with the hotel shuttles, but signage was really poor - not your fault, but maybe you need to ask the airport to be better about this....Their map was really hard to understand.

Possibly you mentioned this when I made my reservation online, but I did not see anything to remind me.

Ideal location, clean transportation, courteous drivers, and affordable rates.

Ease of reserving a spot, price and getting to and from the airport

I have been impressed by the availability of a bus immediately after I park and nearly always waiting at the terminal when I return. I like the app function that shows me where the buses are if one isn't already waiting.
