Buses are pretty frequent, even late at night, drivers extremely courteous. I like not having to hunt around for our car after a tiring trip.
Convenient parking that is not too expensive. Especially nice in the winter to be in a covered lot. We never have to wait long for a shuttle.

The ease of parking and the shuttle pickup and drop-off
How often the shuttles run, the proximity to the airport, the covered parking, and the assistance with luggage.
It was so easy to navigate the entire process from reserving to transport back to my car. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, polite and helpful. The Parking Spot 2 helped to make a stressful trip a lot less stressful. This site was recommended to me and I will gladly pass it on.
