I am a disabled veteran that must use a rollator walker to move. All of the Parking Spot staff was very kind, helpful and friendly in helping me on and off the airport shuttle bus. Transportation to and from the airport terminal was prompt and smooth.

Easy to make reservations and usually quick pick up by your buses. It is difficult to cross 3 lanes of fast traffic to get to your entrance when coming from Austin on the toll road.

Easy to get to from toll road exit 104 and then tower road. I use covered parking i barely get out of my car before a bus is waiting on me. Easy to find on west side of airport. Drivers are helpful.

We had a positive experience last weekend and things went well at The Parking Spot at Love Field. I have tried now to arrange our next trip in August (18-26) and cannot get through with my arrangement. I tried to call the number given but the attendant at the parking space could not help me. If you have someone in the office with computer skills that can help me pay the fee up front for the reservation, please have them give me a call at Phone number removed. It is probably a simple thing. I think the real problem is the date on the credit card processing.
