when I got back to Minneapolis my car was nearly completely covered with snow. My driver (Carol? Black Lady wearing what looked like a traditional African skirt/dress) got a shovel and
started shoveling me out. I helped shovel too, although I am 78 years old. Eventually I was able to back my car (SUV + 4WD) and I am grateful to the driver for her help and kindness. The lady in the office also gave me a stocking cap & gloves to wear. I've used Park n Fly numerous times and having nothing but good things to say about your drivers, attendants, staff!!!

I accidentally left my driver's-side window down, and your team was observant and covered it, preventing several inches of snow from entering my interior. I use your service multiple times per year and will always use it when flying out of Minneapolis.
I have used the Parking Spot in Newark and Philly for a long time. I am ALWAYS greeted by employees who are incredibly kind and helpful and often hilarious! I also feel confident my car is safe and secure.
We arrived recently in Newark at 1 am, and the shuttle driver was super upbeat and literally turned my frown upside down! I am sorry I didn’t get his name!

It is very convenient to get to, my vehicle is safe and it never takes me more than 15 minutes from the time I park to the time I get dropped off at Sky Harbor Airport,
Easy, economical, 24 hour shuttles.
I think the whole operation is run well. BUT my visit last week I waited 30 minutes to get picked up on the way out. Then the driver went up an down 4 rows until he had a full Bus. I wasn’t the only one a little upset about it.

I liked the staff in the booth at the entrance. They were helpful and communicated well. I liked the driver that took me to the airport and from the airport. They were prompt and helped me with my suitecase
