Ease of reservations online, parking your vehicle, getting picked up and then dropped off. I don’t even have to remember where my car is parked, just save the card!

My most recent experience was very positive. Drivers and shuttles were prompt, with minimum additional customer pick up/drop offs that sometimes slow down transport to and from terminal. Upon a return at 2:15 AM, March 16, our shuttle driver was a well above average in terms of timelines, baggage help, and positive energy.

I was running behind on getting to car. The bus started to pull away once i made it downstairs. I started running. The driver saw me and stopped the bus. He waited for me to get to the bus. It was a life saver. He easily could have said he didn't see me and i would have understood. But he waited and it allowed me to make my meeting on time. I will always use the parking spot from now on because of this.

The website is fairly easy to navigate, and the people - whether via phone or in person - are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I've been parking there for over 20 years.

I would use it more often, except the increased per diem costs compared to Lyft/Uber make it more economical for short trips instead of longer trips - a two week stay at your facility often costs more now than my plane ticket.

Love the preferred spot option. As a frequent flyer (weekly), who gets very bad car sickness, it is a blessing to be the last one on the bus when I’m departing and one of the first off when I come back.

My only complaint is, when a driver caters to a customer that does not have their ticket, instead of dropping us all off first and then assisting with that. On my last two trips, I had this happen both times. The last trip preferred was unavailable so I had to be on the bus longer than I wanted to and looking for the lost ticket card just added additional time.

It’s the most easiest parking spot. Everybody has always been very friendly and there’s never a long wait.

I love the convenience of parking and forgetting about it till you return. Plus, the shuttle picks you up right at your car and drops you off at the airport. The bus drivers are very helpful and they pick up your luggage and help you get it in the bus. And, lastly, I love the free water bottles on your way out. Such a nice touch.
