Ease of entry and exit and buses are plentiful.
Drivers are always so courteous. Sometimes the shuttles are slow late at night but otherwise we cannot complain.
The employees who were working there! Knute picked me up and Katie was my cashier at 1 am on the 31st. They were absolutely amazing! Dearest manger over this location please give them all the kudos in the world. They both treated me like I was an old friend. Knute my driver was kind and warned me to be cautious as the roads. Katie was very kind and very polite.

The booth attendants are very helpful upon my arrival and departure. So polite and professional. The drivers are always puntual and friendly. I can get caught up on the events of Chicago on the way back from the airport to my car. The large parking areas inside and out are well maintained. Can’t think of anything negative to say about the MDW facility. Other than maybe the cost to park there is a little pricey.

We wanted valet, but it was too expensive. We opted for self park and it was great! The shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car! There were 2 shuttles waiting at door 4 and everyone was able to get on. Quick, easy, and very friendly drivers! Will definitely park there again!
