I have always had the best success finding and accessing shuttles at the Parking Spot west location. The shuttles to/from the airport were my reason for not going back to other places to park during trips. It’s such a convenient transition to and from being out of town. Only reason I wouldn’t recommend is to keep it from getting too crowded.

I like them, however, the employment of immigrants that have difficulty understanding standing English and writing English has created a problem. In particular, finding cars that are parked in the lot. Kinda important!

Easy to use, drive in and somebody picks you up takes you to the airport. They’re right on time when you get back from wherever you’re coming from and take you right back to your car, simple and easy. Reasonable pricing.

It was convenient, the shuttle was right there when we parked for our outgoing flight and right there when we stepped out of baggage after our incoming flight. Everyone was helpful. It was easy and relatively inexpensive.
