They’re always quick on pick up when coming home.
Entering and exiting the parking structure is a breeze and the drivers are always very helpful. The shuttles circulate fairly quick which is important and there's never a lack of parking. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants it easy.... The shuttles are also airconditioned well but could use a little refurbishing. The suspension could also use an upgrade as it is a fairly rough ride.

The parking spot STL has been a go to parking place for us when we travel out of town. We have been using all its 4 facilities in STL for years. Their shuttles are more frequent than their competitors. Their drivers are courteous and always ready to help.

We always use The Parking Spot every time we fly. Have never had any issues. It's quick pick up and drop off. They are very well accommodating with families with small children as well. Highly recommend!!
All the drivers are prompt, friendly and helpful.
Took me less than 5 minutes to get through the gate, park my car, and get to the terminal. They were on it. Driver was waiting when we got back in from our flight, at midnight! Dropped me right behind my car and helped with the luggage. The Parking Spot is the only way to go!
