This was the first time to use the Parking Spot. Was picked up timely at my car upon arrival. After trip pickup wait was a few minutes. Realized that the app is a must to use this service. Will use again for future trips.
What I like the most about The Parking Spot is how easy is to make reservations on line. Staff on the phone are extremely helpful too. The quality, quickness and convenience of the shuttle and the drivers are exceptional. I love the system of points that allows you to have free days from time to time. It’s my favorite spot to park and I highly recommend it!
