Always great staff and very convenient

LOVE that your employees pick us up and drop us off exactly at our vehicles. Appreciate that your shuttles run often so that wait time at the end of a long travel day is limited. They are also vigilante and wait for your customers to safely enter their vehicles. Would recommend time and again to anyone asking.

I like the bus service between your parking lot and the airport, via your buses. Because of your tower, your bus driver finds me quickly and the transfer works smoothly.

On the other hand, I find it very difficult to park in the lots at the airport itself and get to the terminal. I decided several years ago that I would stick with your service.

Always the perfect place to park at MCI! The only request to make the service a bit better would be to have a confirmation sent to phone with parking location in place of the card handed to you by the driver. I misplaced mine but thankfully I was in Basic Parking and knew exactly where it was. LOVE the bottle of water when leaving!

The parking lot was very clean and secure. It was great to be dropped off at the end at your car! Will definitely use the parking spot again!
