I love the parking spot. Everyone is always more than helpful. I know I never have to worry as long as I can get myself there. The stress of traveling is so much less by using the parking spot. Every driver and attendant are very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you.

In general the service is great. It does seem that Parking Spot 1 (my preferred location) has fewer shuttles than other smaller lots. That would be the improvement item.

Only suggestion is to post clear signs to exit. I seem to get turned around in the covered parking and always go the wrong way :-)

You have great signage to know where to find a parking spot and your buses run very timely.

Very first time using a parking service. This was the smoothest and best stress free option! Not having to worry about someone dropping us off or picking us up was the best. Staff was great and helpful from start to finish.

Ease of getting to the lot from the north from Briley parkway and elm hill pike never have to be on i40 or thru the airport.

I was picked up quickly, plenty of parking, van was clean, they helped with luggage and offered directions of where to go once dropped off.

Quick service. Was directed to an open spot upon arrival which meant not driving in circles looking for a place to park. Immediately was picked up from my car to take me to the airport. Upon return, walked out the terminal door to find a Parking Spot Shuttle sitting and waiting there so no wait when we returned home either. Picked up a few more people and then took us all directly to our cars. Just phenomenal level of service. There are less expensive lots but honestly you get what you pay for. I'd rather have a flawless parking experience and pay a few more dollars than deal with some of the parking nightmares I've experienced elsewhere. Love The Parking Spot!

Parking lots should be simple. So should be the services that support them. You folks do a great job with both!
