Have used a few times for week long trips. Shuttle is quick and drivers have always been professional and helpful. Quick, easy, in and out with QR code. No issues with car. Last trip plane was late and pushed over midnight. Got charged extra day but parking spot removed charge without me doing anything, highlighted good business practice as opposed to trying to rip people off for 15 minutes. I find it a cheaper and better alternative to Uber. Will definitely use again.
The ease of pulling into valet, jumping on a shuttle almost immediately following and pulling up to my terminal within 10 minutes, depending on traffic at the airport. Easy and stress-free. And when I return, it’s easy to find a shuttle and my car is ready and waiting. Easy exit out of the parking spot on Century and onto the freeway within minutes. o
I like to convenience of the drop off process. Dropping off our car then having the shuttle drive us to airport is seamless. However, the pick up after arriving back the airport always seems a little more chaotic. We arrived at terminal c which is a complete mess and we were unsure of where we needed to be when the shuttle picks up. We missed one shuttle and then had to wait for sometime for another to come around. It was cold and windy that night!

So easy. I used self park. On arrival there was a person to direct me to a row of cars with an open spot. He then picked me up at my car and off to the airport. It was a quick ride. On return, I walked out of the airport and a shuttle pulled up within a couple minutes. A quick ride back to the lot and he dropped me at my car. Easy Peasy!
