Easy to make reservations on line. Easy to get a shuttle from airport back to our car.
The 24/7 manned gate, 24/7 shuttle, fencing and covered parking all around. As a woman traveling alone, I like the security of being picked up and dropped off at the car so I’m never in a parking garage or lot by myself at night. I’ve used the East lot 4-5 times now - have never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle.

I have been using The Spot Parking for awhile now. I have always had a good experience. The bus is there right away after I arrive, the driver always helps load our luggage, we hardly ever have to wait very long for a bus when we return and once again the driver helps us on and off with our luggage. The only issues we had this trip were out of your control. It took us forever to figure how to get into the lot due to construction and when we returned my car was absolutely covered in bird poop. Another thing we really appreciate is a free bottle of water as we leave the lot. You really get thirsty as you travel and the water really helps. thank you
