Convenient and great service. We always use The Parking Spot when we go to the airport.
I like that it is close to the airport, safe and secure, the shuttles are timely and reliable, the staff and drivers are friendly and professional, small perks like having a restroom at the main office and also complementary waters are a nice touch. When we arrived home from a long flight, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Eunice, who was our shuttle driver on New Year’s evening. She saw when we flagged her down and promptly stopped, greeted us, brought our bags on board and had a very positive and uplifting demeanor all while driving safely through the chaotic maze that LAX is. I’ve been using the parking spot on Sepulveda for years, almost 3 decades and it is my number one spot to park when traveling. If I’m not going to use a car service to get to LAX rest assured, I will always use the parking spot and the Sepulveda parking spot in particular. Because it’s a tradition to go to the In-N-Out next-door when we return home.

Convenience to the airport. Your prices are a little high for senior citizens on fixed incomes.
Shuttle service is wonderful. You never have to wait for the shuttle. Maybe you can offer a discount for 70 year olds and older. That was our grocery money for a month.
