We used them 3 time east access to to the lot and take us right to our terminal and on our way back they are waiting on us u might haft to wait but not to long we will definitely use them next year. We fly out of O’Hare field.

Ease of getting to the airport

Convenient, easy to get to and from the airport without any issues. You know how often the bus runs and it pick you up and drop you off at your car. Customer service has been good for the most part.

I’ve been a customer for years and mostly happy with the service. My most recent stay ended up being longer than expected due to surgery at my travel location. TPS worked with me to provide a discount in rate due to that situation

The Parking Spot is always clean. The attendants are always courteous, helpful and cheerful. The vans are plentiful and well driven. And it alleviates all stress that could be felt in dealing with an airport. You pull up, drop off your car, walk across to the van, get dropped at the doorstep of your terminal, and one of the toughest parts of travel is totally gone.

It was a smooth transition the only thing I struggled with was when we landed back in Austin we had a hard time finding the spot from baggage claim but other than that the drivers were fabulous the ride was quick and cool which was so refreshing!

Can't say enough good things about the shuttle drivers - both at pickup to the airport and return to parking. Prompt, nice and generally helpful.

The reservation process is simple. The price per day is competitive. They provide a ride to the terminal and pick you up and take you to your car. Their staff is friendly and help with your luggage.

Directing me to a parking spot--yes! I only wish there had been more shuttles at the airport. Three for your North lot passed before one came for the South lot. The wait wasn't terrible, but it would have been nice to get back to my car a bit sooner.

Convenient parking that is easier than parking at the airport

I love being able to park my car in covered parking,
Catching the shuttle right there at your car and they drop you off where you need to go. When you come back they are right there to lick you up and drop you off at your car. The only way to go.

The Parking Spot had easy access. It was quite convenient to enter and I was pleasantly directed to covered parking by one of your agents. Your prices are reasonable.

The bus was a nice way to get to our drop off point and the driver was helpful.

On the return, the driver was great! We got to our space easily.

The only downside was the exit. At night the exit signs were difficut to read. We followed them, but at the end we couldn't tell where the final turns to the exit were. I think at that point it would be good to have a couple signs closer together.

With all the construction going on I can still appreciated this convenience. We'll see you on the next trip.

Driver is there When you park, ready to assist you with luggage, courteous and helpful.

When you pull in to park, there is someone always there to tell you which row to park in, then the shuttle is usually there before I get my luggage out of the car. They are usually pretty fast at getting to the airport after I call for a pick up. The drivers are very friendly and helpful.

As always we had no issues using the parking spot. The shuttle service was quick and a good experience. Staff are professional and friendly.

There were definite problems at the JFK facility which I did mention in the past, (primarily long waits at terminals upon return) however I do see a noticeable improvement on my last couple of trips so at this point I feel comfortable in recommending the facility. Not perfect but much improved.

Valet service was so easy! My flight was very early in the morning. I arrived at 3:30am. Quick drop off of my car and I was off on the shuttle. Where I really noticed the great service was on my return trip. My flight was delayed 7 hours and I landed at LAX at 2:30am. I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to show up. When I got to the parking garage my car was already out and waiting for me with a cold bottle of water! I was exhausted and still had to drive home and this just made things so easy and quick. It was such a relief after a long day.
