The service was great! We did not have problems going in and out of the parking lot. The people at desk were nice and friendly. The shuttle came on time to pick us up both at the spot and at the airport. The shuttle drivers were also helpful in picking up the luggage.

Service is tremendous. Virtually no wait on pickup this last time. which was good since it didnt giveme time to wonder if i was in the right place. Entry and exit to lot is easy. I would like to see better or more prominent info on airport pickup location as there arent signs for it within the airport. I assumed it was in the rideshare area but didnt see any specific info to that effect in my info from the Parking SPOT
