Easy in and out parking, the buss drivers come by and pick you up very close to your car and insist load your luggage (very Nice), they drop you off right @ departure terminal and when you come back you can pull up the app and let them know you need a ride.

I feel like my car is safe parking at the parking spot. The bus runs regularly or is just a phone call away during off peak hours. The staff and drivers are always friendly and helpful.
If I had one comment it would be to have more specials for lower prices if you book in advance or with even more discounts for members. I paid over $15 per day with a discount code and I think I could have parked at the airport long term parking for about the same cost.

Easily available. Not much needed in assistance to park. One thing still lacking is unable to update AARP membership into the app.

The only issue I’ve ever had occurred due to my flight being delayed. I was anticipating an arrival time of around midnight but my flight didn’t land until I think abt an hr later than that. We get our luggage and walk outside to the shelter area for the shuttles and there’s another guy there wtg in the stall. (I believe he was on my same flight) After watching a few Park Place, hotel, and other shuttles come and go…I check the app and see that it was within the On Call hours. (I wasn’t aware there were on call hours - I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight that late before) So I ask the other man there if he already requested a shuttle…he says “No, they’re usually here or about to pull up” (something along those lines) and I agree! I’ve been using this particular location’s services for some time (even before the name change). Long story short I had to call a couple times and leave a voicemail before someone called me back to tell me a shuttle was in the process of being dispatched. The wait was unusual but they were apologetic when they personally called me back and at the end of the day it wasn’t a TERRIBLE day…it was in the 60s that late/early and wasn’t raining or snowing!

What a blessing for a busy travel day. It was so easy to book on the ap...use the QR code to gain access to the parking lot and a driver was there within a minute to take us to the airport. Just as easy on the way back. 10 out of 10!!!
