Ease and convenience. Drivers are always very nice and helpful.
When you self park, the shuttle picks you up right at your parking spot and delivers you back to your spot upon return.
Shuttle driver was kind, courteous, professional (Leon for return, sorry I don't recall who picked me up for airport).

We love parking our vehicles at the Parking Spot South. The lot is well maintained and offers plenty of covered or non-covered spots. We feel secure in leaving our vehicle parked here. We have never had any issues in the years we have been parking here. The employees are always very friendly!
