I want to COMPLIMENT two very special drivers that helped this ole 83 year old person on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 when I arrived at the South Parking Spot. I have been a Spot member for many years but somehow made my reservation for the North Parking Spot. After I explained, the gate attendant let me in to park in row 18B. I went down row 18B and did not find a spot so went over to the next row and pulled in the only spot I saw. It was on row 19 so no one came to pick me up. I kept seeing vans on other rows. So, I ran over a row or so and stopped the driver. I explained my situation and asked if I could ride with him to the airport. He was SO kind and told me yes. He offered to take me back to the row I had parked in but i told him that I would walk back over there. In a few minutes, he came around, put my luggage in the van and helped me in. I had a very nice ride to the airport and my gate. This driver's name is CHARLES. Please give him another big thank you from me, Martha.
The second very special, helpful driver was DONNIE. When I returned on January 2, 2026 and got to Ground Transportation and the Courtesy van pick up, the South Parking Spot van had just pulled up. Some other people were sitting there so I was trying to let them go first. They were not getting on that van so the driver started pulling away. I started walking toward the van and waving. The driver saw me in his mirrow, stopped, backed up, got out, loaded my luggage and helped me get in. He was very courteous, kind and helpful. Please give him another big thank you from me, Martha
CHARLES and DONNIE need to be commended for doing a great job on those days and probably lots more. This type employees is what makes a great company.

The drivers are friendly. They pick me up and drop me off st my car. Last time I had snow on my car and the driver said he had a snow brush if I needed to borrow it (which I didn’t.) He put my suitcase in my RAV4 while I started removing snow and ice.
