I had to take my trip a day earlier than I had booked and the staff was wonderful helping me add a day. The staff are friendly, helpful and I will only park with the Parking Spot

Covered parking, but it is ridiculous that you claim to give each customer a cold bottle of water upon check out and put the "self-serve" cooler in the far left lane out of the reach of most drivers, I would have to stop before the cooler, get out to get a bottle of water, then get back into my car to pull up to attendant's window to exit. I have to ask the attendant for a bottle of water every time, and I usually get a nasty attitude, often being told I could have gotten it myself. When I tell the attendant with attitude that there is no way I could reach it without completely getting out of the car, the attitude continues. This happens again and again. They will eventually get me a bottle of water, but if they actually come outside to get it from the alleged "self-serve" cooler, it's usually not cold. For my most current exit from the property, I actually got a nice woman that not only got me a bottle of water from the "self-serve" cooler, but who put it back because it wasn't cold and got me a different one from a neighboring exit booth.
Friendly service, on time shuttles and fair pricing, just wish others would tip the drivers.
