I'm always amazed at how fast the drivers are to pick me up. It's like Wally Park used to be when they were across the street. While I haven't had the same service at the Parking Spot 1 or 2, Plus is great! I do wish there was a way at the airport to signal I am on my way as I often see the bus driving away as I'm almost to it. But that's an airport issue I guess.

Our only problem on this trip was that our flight was delayed, and it was after 1A when we needed the shuttle back., and we don't have your app. So, when we called no one answered the phone and after 10 rings it disconnected. Luckily a shuttle showed up shortly and the driver told us that the person in the booth only works until 1A.
It would be nice if there was a way that after 1A the calls could be forwarded to the drivers.
But, as usual we love Parking Spot!!

Prompt service. We use all the time and have never had an issue. Last stay I left my laptop in the shuttle when dropped off at my vehicle and the driver stopped me before going through the gate to get it back to me.

Easy to book. Parking is easy to do and it is very helpful to have the shuttle meet us at our parking spot. At the end of our trip, it was very easy to connect with our shuttle.

I miss the valet parking and the cleaning service.
