convenience

Everything

I’ve been using The Parking Spot East for over 7 years. They are always helpful and friendly and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes to get on the shuttle to the airport or going from airport back to my car. The drivers are always helpful loading and unloading my luggage. I’ve never used another parking garage because I’m very pleased with the service at The Parking Spot East in St Louis.

Ease of use

Safe gated parking and very efficient pickup upon return. Driver is friendly and helpful with luggage.

I like that they pick up and drop off at your car. They help you with your luggage. I can't pick up my luggage so the put it in my car.

Service is 100% better than it was about a year ago. The shuttles are prompt. The drivers personable. Hope you can maintain this standard.

your service is usually efficient. There have been times when you didn't have enough vans in action. Wait times at the airport suffered.

Very convenient and efficient. Once the construction is done it will be totally awesome. Buses are newer and more comfortable. Thanks for the bottled water, too.

The 2 reasons i always fly from midway are The Parking Spot and SWA. The Parking Spot provides a safe place to leave my car, and reliable transportation to and from the airport. Their rates are very reasonable, and all of their employees are friendly and helpful.
