Everything went very well. Everyone was easy to deal with and are ones.

So easy to park and catch the ride to the airport and then return when your flight lands back at Sky Harbor. Staff is polite and efficient. The Parking Spot does not gouge you if you are a bit late returning - that can easily happen beyond your control.

Location is always quick, efficient, easy to use, and I never have to wait. Drivers are all professional, safe, and courteous. Every experience has been consistent even after the transition from Park n Fly to Parking Spot. Please don't change a thing.

Easy, The signage is poor to where you should be for pickup. It isn't updated in the buses either.

When we were signed up for another off sight parking firm, we noticed that Parking Spot had many more shuttles for pickup arrivals. And we waited…and waited for our shuttle. We switched to Parking Spot and sure enough, we waited 2 mins and there was a Parking Spot shuttle….much better than the 40 mins wait time we consist experienced with Wally.

Always an amazing experience! I love that there is very little wait time for a bus.
