Easy parking a quick pickup and drop off

I have been using The Spot Parking for awhile now. I have always had a good experience. The bus is there right away after I arrive, the driver always helps load our luggage, we hardly ever have to wait very long for a bus when we return and once again the driver helps us on and off with our luggage. The only issues we had this trip were out of your control. It took us forever to figure how to get into the lot due to construction and when we returned my car was absolutely covered in bird poop. Another thing we really appreciate is a free bottle of water as we leave the lot. You really get thirsty as you travel and the water really helps. thank you

The larger spots and covered parking was a plus. I just moved to Dallas and it’s the first time I flew so when I returned I was lost with where the pick up was. I called the office and they got me set straight without teasing me to bad.😂
I will be using your service again for sure. The only thing that didn’t happen is I paid for the car wash but it didn’t happen. No harm, no foul. I was refunded that portion and all is good.
I will use your parking many more times in the future for sure.

Pick up And delivery right at car. The drivers are very helpful. We had a dead battery at midnight And they got us going. We have used this service (parking lot) several times in the past and plan to use it in the future.
