The entire process could not have been easier. I used the app to open the gate, the attendant was there to help with luggage, the bus was ready to take me to the terminal. Easy! Upon arrival the directions for pickup were clear, the bus came quickly, my car was retrieved, and i used the app to open the gate. Easy!

We have been parking at The Spot for many years. Our overall experience has been good. Upon arrival, the shuttle has been right there after we park. The drivers have been very courteous in all of our times parking here. Shuttle from Midway back to the parking lot can be hit or miss. Our past several trips, we had late arrivals, and there was a wait for the shuttle to come to the airport. Overall, I recommend The Parking Spot, but if your flight arrives later in the night, be aware that there may be a wait for the shuttle to get you back to your car.
