I travel often for both work and personal and use The Parking Spot South every time. Have never had a bad experience. Even beats parking directly at the terminal due to their unpleasant in and out system and the confusing numbering system. Already have another booked for this weekend.

The drivers are wonderful (looking at you, Chris, Rich, and Shane). Since I travel at various times throughout the year, I appreciate having covered parking to avoid removing snow & ice and blistering hot summer days.

Always have great service but this last trip the driver was the nicest parking driver ever. Even asked if I was sure I locked my car and drove by it slowly to make sure. Since I am a lady and was traveling by myself that meant a lot. Have tried other lots and have decided that Park N' Fly is my lot. Do wish that the sign on the street was more visible, higher or cut vegetation so it did not block the sign. Even though I do park there several times a year it's not bed in my mind exactly where I need to make a left hand turn.
Oh, paying more to park in the front of the lot is a little meaning less as the bus picks you up and drops you off. I don't understand that at all.
But love you service. Thank You.

Shuttles are easily identified. I prefer covered parking. Shuttles pick up frequently.
