It was another great trip through the JFK location. In and out with a shuttle arriving in a reasonable amount of time after my delays. It would have been a 10 but the free car wash was closed.

I always use The Parking Spot and recommend it to friends/family when flying out of CLE. It's reliable, cheaper (especially with discount codes), safe, and the employees are always so friendly! I love getting a bottle of water at the exit too!

Prompt pickup when you park and have to get to the airport
First time using the Parking Spot. It was easy to find and easy to park. Shuttle was right there and got me to the airport in just minutes. When I returned, shuttle was right outside the door again and I was back to my vehicle in minutes. Will definitely use again.
