Dropping off my car has always been easy, fast, efficient. The time it takes to go from valet to curb-side is consistent, making it easy to plan ahead.
Getting back can be a bit rough just based on curb-side traffic, but that's not really anything against TPS.
All your staff, from the initial people receiving the car, to the employees behind the counter, to the shuttle drivers are kind and helpful.

I like the QR code system but your scanners need a better angle to scan your phone.
The system would not scan my phone. I had to try two different machines before it would accept my QR code.

I left my phone in my car and remembered it just as we were leaving the parking lot. He graciously drove me back to my car to retrieve the phone and could not have been nicer. I will always use TPS when I fly out of Baltimore!
