Drivers are friendly, close to the airport and the interstate!
Convenient
Very convenient, the shuttle employees are kind and help with luggage. And the bottled water on the way out is nice!!

Drivers are the best
The ease of parking; having the shuttle pick me up at my car; the frequency of the shuttle’s availability; and the water upon exiting the grounds.

Quick and easy
I love the proximity, security, and ease of access to one's vehicle for travellers using the Buffalo Niagara airport.
Ease of booking online through the app, ease of drive-in. Finding parking spot being picked up immediately and then ease of catching shuttle right back to drop off at your car. That is great customer service, and an overall quality price.
