Easy access, easy reservations via the app

Parking was easy and convenient. When I showed up the airport shuttle was readily available and waiting for me. The driver was polite and very helpful offered to carry my bags. I LOVED that when i exited there was a fridge with water available. After a long flight i was soooo thirsty and this really made my day.

We never have to wait no longer than 5 mins before we see a yellow bus with black dots appear in the horizon. If there is something that I can give my opinion on, it will be the whole North and South parking lots. Before The Parking Spot only was using the North parking lot. The North is very close to the Airport, and it made it very convenient for us. Please make sure that you select the North parking lot instead of the South. The South Parking lot is a lot further from the Airport. I learned my lesson once and the next time I will look carefully and make sure that I select North instead of South.

Yo Parking Spot! How about a day or two of free parking for a long-time customer. I'm traveling in October and I'm ready to reserve my Parking Spot :-)

Very convenient and easy to use the app. Driver saw us come in and was ready to pick us up right by our car before we even had all the bags out of the car! Drop-off was equally quick and convenient. Waited less than 2 minutes for pick-up, and returned us right to our car. Check-out was a breeze with the app. I recommend The Parking Spot very highly! Best parking service I've had anywhere!

When I arrived to the parking lot there was a gentlemen who was very friendly, helped me scanned my code and told me where to park and how long before I could expect a for a van to show up. He was wonderful and very helpful.
The gentlemen who gave us a ride back to our car after our trip was very good and informational.
What roads where having road construction. He knowledge came in real handy.
Great interaction with the employees who helped us.

the drivers this time deserve HUGE shout outs! it was so early in the morning and my sis and I forgot to get off at our terminal and the driver was so kind (and silly) about driving back to the terminal. then on the way home, another rider forgot his backpack at the pickup location. that driver turned around and drove with intentionality to ensure that the passenger didn't lose his belongings. GREAT GREAT GREAT STAFF!

Loved the door to door service! The drivers were extremely nice and helpful. I did get lost in Atlanta Airport, trying to find the pickup location, though. Clearer signs would be great! Wish I had been able to take advantage of the car wash, but I was running late.
