There's usually no guesswork upon entry as far as where to park. The attendants are available, polite and ready to assist. The drivers are personable and helpful even if you are not riding on their shuttle.

I love the personal service that I receive. The shuttle picks me up at my car within minutes. I like the shuttle tracking on the app to see where the shuttle bus is at. I also like being able to use a QR code to get in/out of the facility.

Everything is fine but it’s usually hard to reach the water in the self check out.
Drivers are usually helpful and friendly.
The shuttles usually need new shocks or something to make the ride smoother especially if u have a bad back or neck. 😁.
