Very good experience, prepaid for a covered lot for a 12 day trip. Attributes - plenty of signs to and within the lot, having the van driver hand me a ticket with my cars position, and the arrivals driver appearing happy to see me. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The drivers are always super friendly. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for the next bus to come and get us. This is really great in the winter months. When it's cold and snowy that everything is undercover and I don't need to worry about scraping my car off.

Great location, convenient to DIA; nice covered parking area; rapid van service to and from DIA airport. Only drawback is the confusing directions to covered parking. I know this is only due to parking lot construction which when complete will undoubtedly improve your excfellent service.

We appreciate the covered parking during the winter months. Also, 9 times out of 10, we get really caring and courteous drivers who are willing to take on the hard work of moving luggage despite us trying to help. It's very much appreciated. This particular trip began with a not so courteous driver but ended with exceptional service and care.
It’s very easy to park quickly. The bus picks you up right from your car. There is minimal wait for buses upon arrival home. The covered parking is half the price of the garage and it’s pretty easy to do!
