This was my first time using Park N Fly Oakland, and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is easy to access, the bus driver offered great customer service, and wait times were minimal for both drop‑off and pick‑up. Pricing is reasonable, and being open 24 hours makes it a reliable choice. I’ll definitely return.

The pick up was quick, bottle of water was cold, and the car wash was nice. The only thing I would improve on the pick up from the airport, which is typically quite slow because the line at the airport is long and we have to wait for a couple buses to even get out of there. I wish there were more frequent buses maybe add one or two to the rotation to solve this problem.
