Under cover parking
App is easy to use, service is very good and shuttle is always available.
It’s so easy! Never have to worry about vehicle while on your trip. Always get you to the airport on time and pick up is a breeze.
Just got back and driver took our bag to the vehicle. Totally unexpected but super nice!!!!!!
Easy to use
Friendly and fast service. The app is amazing. I only park at The Parking Spot!
Friendly, courteous staff.
Love the service. Cheaper than airport. And take us to front door (except this time driver asked us to get off at north so he wouldn’t have to drive to south). Then pick us up which is great. Driver that picked us up went above and beyond. Tip showed for it. Thank you
Fast friendly service
Ease of parking. Help with the suitcase. Clean shuttles. Great drivers. Airport pick up and drop off at airline door.
Easy check in and out and quick shuttle time
Price is competitive, shuttle drivers help with luggage and shuttle runs frequently to OAK, clear directions on where to park for efficient pick up, pointssystem forfrequent users.

Good customer service and good shuttles
The parking spot makes it easy to park in and out and I like how fast they pick me up from the airport every time I travel.
Quick and easy online booking plus fast access to self park lot with QR Code. I never have had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the lot for the shuttle. Shuttle drivers are polite and efficient. After having returned from CA worried about my car buried in snow, I was thrilled to see that, not only was the lot cleared but so was the area around my vehicle. Short wait for shuttle at the airport on return -- no matter what time I have arrived. Very pleased and will only use the Parking Spot.
Fast, convenient parking and trip to airport
This parking spot service was easy to use and not confusing to find the location when it was time to get picked up. I like the personal pickup and drop off at your vehicle. 10 star rating.
Honestly I did have to wait longer than I should have but my shuttle driver was nice.
