I think it is pretty quick to pick up and deliver and we have never had a problem with any of our cars that we left . All of the driver's have been courteous and efficient.

The parking spot is great ,for the most part you don't have to wait in the north parking spot to long for a pick up.

The Parking Spot experience is well organized. The driver’s are friendly and courteous. We have used ParkNFly/Parking Spot for years and only had a long wait for airport pick up one time. If I remember correctly that was due to a snowstorm.

Everyone we came into contact with were absolutely amazing. All very friendly and helpful. Both shuttle drivers, to the airport and coming back were great. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the driver of our first shuttle to the airports name but I do remember Jonathan when coming home. What a friendly, helpful and all around great driver.

I came in with my car having mechanical issues, and I had to get on a flight overseas. The staff coordinated getting my car to Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables, and assisted when the car was returned a week later. Great service - above and beyond!
