Drivers are friendly and courteous. Employees lead you to an available parking spot and drivers are there to pick you up promptly. And being able to grab a water on the way out is truly the perfect ending to any trip.

I've been using your parking garage twice a year for family vacations out of Midway and have always had very friendly attendants and shuttle drivers. This trip did not go so well. When we arrived, the bar code reader wasn't working, so after confirming our reservation, the gal was very apologetic and after confirming my reservation, she opened the gate to let us in. When I arrived at the gate for the indoor parking (which is where I always park and had paid for), the gate wouldn't work there, either, so the shuttle driver had to call her to let us in. Our shuttle driver to and from the airport were both awesome and very helpful!!!

When we arrived back at the garage after our trip and tried to leave, I couldn't find my paperwork with the bar code reader. (It had fallen down between the seat and console which I discovered after we got home.) I had pulled up to the automatic gate and saw a note that you could scan the credit card used to check in and I tried to scan that, but it didn't do anything. The guy in the booth saw me struggling, and just sat and watched. I finally yelled over to him that I couldn't find my paperwork and it didn't accept my credit card that I had paid with online. He said it only works if I had paid to check in when I arrived, which I hadn't. He just told me I had to have the bar code to leave and didn't offer any help at all. I backed up and pulled off to the side and started going through my suitcases to try to find my paperwork, which I knew I had. The driver saw me digging through my bags and came right over and told me to pull up the code in my confirmation email, which I was able to do. It would have been helpful if the guy in the booth would have just suggested that.

Unfortunately, the bar code reader wouldn't recognize my bar code because it hadn't been scanned in correctly when we arrived. I tried to explain to him about the reader not working when we arrived, but he acted like we had snuck in and wasn't sure if we had paid. He was less than helpful and downright rude. After telling me I might have to pay extra if the price he came up with was different than what I had originally paid because he couldn't verify that I had officially scanned in, he pulled up my receipt online and confirmed it was for the same amount. I heard the driver on the radio asking if everything was OK before he finally opened the gate and let us leave.

I've never had a problem of any kind in the past, but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth for sure. It was only the one guy that we had any issue with, but he certainly should not be working in that booth. I'm very grateful to the helpful drivers on both visits, though!!

Most everything. Pick up and drop off right at your car. Most of your drivers are very helpful. Cold drink at check out. Miss the diet cokes though.
