On 11/4 I parked in covered parking spot H2 at ~8:30 AM. I was traveling to see my daughter. The driver and I were the only ones on the shuttle. I did not get his name but he was an Ai Force vet. He noticed the military insignia on the vest I was wearing and my Honor Flight pin. We had a great conversation enroute the terminal.
At the terminal, I tipped him for my bag and went into the terminal. After passing TSA, I stopped to get everything stowed for boarding. Sadly, I noticed that I did not have my key ring with car and house keys. I retraced my route from TSA to my location and could not find them. As it was close to boarding time I returned to my gate. As I as waiting to board, I called the Parking Spot office on the off chance that I had dropped the on the shuttle. The nice lady asked how I would recognize them and I told her there was a military dog tag on the ring. She told me that my driver had found them on my seat and had turned them in. Needless to say I as ecstatic. I thanked her.
On returning to CMH, I caught the shuttle and told my driver, a lady, about needing to get my keys. Enroute she must have called the office about the keys. The shuttle was full. She called back to those onboard and asked whoever was missing keys how the office would identify the keys. I called out that they were mine and to look for the military dog tag with my name on the keyring. It was the 11th, Veterans Day and I am a Viet Nam vet. Everyone heard my military dog tag reply. Three people, o n their way off the shuttle stopped to thank me for my service. It was very moving.
So, I am very appreciative for the Air Force vet driver finding the keys and to the rest of the staff for their help. I am very appreciative.

Short hop to BWI. Shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle. Both drivers were VERY friendly and EXTREMELY helpful with baggage.

Prompt service , friendly drivers, always willing to help you if you need a snow brush for cleaning your car from snow. One driver even shoveled us out after a snowstorm a couple of years ago .. appreciate the discounts and able to build points for free days YEAH!!
