The Parking Spot was a very easy to use service. My sister and I waited honestly less than 5 minutes to be picked up to and from the terminal. The card given by the drivers state where you parked and they will drive you and drop you off at your vehicle which means you are not walking down aisles of cars to find your vehicle. The drivers were courteous, and were kind. This will be my go to parking area at CLE.
Fair rates, good service
Easy, quick drop off with shuttle service. Staff are ready and waiting to help. Same great service when we arrive. We use the valet service so the car is ready for us to hop in and go home. We've used it several times and never had a problem.
Parking arrangements were easy to make and lot was easy to find.

The convience. We are new to traveling by air. Our daughter and her family have moved across the country, so we fly often. The parking spot is part of our flying out of Columbus, OH routine. The shuttle takes us to and from the airport so we dont have to fight the traffic. It is great. Always friendly and courteous drivers too!

The service from the drivers is amazing. They are courteous and friendly. Very helpful and efficient. This last trip did not have our vehicle pulled up like previous trips but we only had to wait 5 minutes for it to be brought around. How, after a long day of traveling, seeing something familiar like your personal vehicle, it’s a comfort. Otherwise, it has always been a good experience.
