Easy to park and you have a private shuttle straight to your terminal. I was picked up immediately after parking. The app is super easy to use. Be sure to keep the card that the shuttle driver gives you when you’re picked up because you’ll give that to the return shuttle driver to take you back to your vehicle. Great experience

I had an excellent experience with the parking spot. It was easy to find, well‑marked, and felt safe and clean. The area is quiet, the lighting is solid at night, and getting in and out was completely hassle‑free. The space itself is roomy enough for larger vehicles, and the location is super convenient for the Cleveland airport.
You took us from point a to point b and back. Helped us with our luggage, and also helped us check in to the gate for parking spot. Great service.
