It took longer for the shuttle to come this last time (and it was freezing cold outside), but normally you have frequent pickups from the airport. And you're always right there to take me to the airport from the parking lot.

The Parking Spot is my go-to when I travel. Very convenient and professional. Shuttle drivers and other personnel are competent and helpful. Cost is reasonable for the service provided.

I love the fast pick up and drop off services. The driver even explained to me how to use the app so they know when to pick me up even faster next time. No time was wasted getting me to the airport and back to my car. I really love the covered parking for all spots.

Being able to set up my reservation online was great! The process was easy to follow and complete. I also was very pleased that the QR code could be used to enter into & exit from the parking lot easily.
We were extremely pleased with the shuttle service. The shuttle driver arrived at our parking spot as soon as I turned the car off and helped us onto the van and out of the rain very quickly.

It works.

I always park at the location. We love the valet parking option. You don’t have to wait in the cold or the heat for a shuttle to pick you up. We just get out of our car, hand the attendant our keys and wait inside until the shuttle picks us up under a covered area. It’s only a two mile drive to the airport. Very easy and very convenient. The employees at this location are always super friendly too!

Always reliable. Brings me right to my car when I return from a trip. Helps with my suitcase since it's difficult for me to navigate the steps on the shuttle.

The service was excellent. The bus was very quick both ways, taking us to the airport and picking us up to return to our car. While we were away there was a heavy snowstorm and very cold weather. The driver dropped us at our car and moved up to drop the next passenger. We were in our car a couple minutes warming the car when the unexpected happened. Our driver circled back around to check on us and then went above and beyond by exiting his bus with a snow shovel to remove the snow that had piled up in front of our car to help make life a little easier. We don't know his name, but we appreciate that kind of caring and service and will remember that kind gester. We will recommend and use this parking business anytime the need arises.
