The young lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. She was so happy to help me because I was pretty nervous that a SP 2 representative may get annoyed because I was so uncertain about my ticket and my company's account information. To my surprise, she did not flinch. She just took the time to assist without any hesitation. I'm so glad she helped me. Also, the person that checked me in was pretty service oriented as well. great job SP2

Always available and timely
Switched from parking at the airport to the Parking Spot a few months ago and love the personal touch of having someone meet me at my parking spot, the friendly nature of the staff and driver. All around great experience and no plans to return to onsite airport parking.

When I left, the attendant was very helpful with giving me accurate and clear directions on the best way to get on I-29N, due to construction. He was very friendly and after traveling for a few days, I greatly appreciated it!

I always use The Parking Spot when flying out of PHL. Easy,friendly, and efficient parking and airport transfer.
Easy to pull in and park the car. Bus arrives very quickly to transport to the airport. Bus is waiting upon arrival and drops off at the car.
Convenient, fast and efficient.
Integrate tipping in the parking spot app. Scanning a QR code on a shaky bus is not a good solution. The bus driver should scan a QR code from the app from each person entering the bus. This will tell him which parking spots to drive to and this will allow the riders to tip their drivers when they concluded their stay.
