Quick and friendly!

Parking have been always available when I travel. The timing to and from the airport has always been on time. The drivers are pleasant and very helpful.

Employees were all very nice. The driver that picked us up at the parking spot to head out on a trip so helpful and funny. We enjoyed him.!

I love the parking spot 3. It would be great however if all the drivers would put their QR code up (posted) so we could tip that way. I don't always carry cash and there are many many business travelers when I am on the bus at least and we can't be reimbursed without having a receipt. The QR code allows a receipt. That may increase their tips.

Slightly delayed pickup. Pickup was not fits park first pickup but whoever is first on the route picked up first. I visited twice to office to make the call to get picked up.

The live assistant at the gate arriving and leaving. They were most helpful and explained things very well. Especially to someone who had never used the reservation option and the “techy” aspects of the info and scan issues. Not everyone knows how and when to do those things.

Quick pickup from the airport and the car was ready to go.

I am finally figuring out how to use the QR code but initially getting in through the gate requires help from the attendant (?). Otherwise I think after many tries I am able to navigate your system. I compare you with another airport that I use frequently (DTW) and there’s is simpler, no computers, and less stressful.
