Very efficient and orderly business. We had difficulty getting our credit card to work, but a lady walked over after we pressed the Help button. We also weren't told where to go to catch the return pick up bus, but we figured it out.

Much simpler than parking in airport parking lots. You get picked up at your car and dropped off at your car on return.
