I liked how easy it was to park and pay and reserve a spot. I liked how when I got there, there was a shuttle right away to pick me up, and how the attendants were at getting you back to your vehicle parking spot.

Parking was easy. The shuttle was right there.

Booking: Easy to do when you have the app.
At the parking spot: You have someone greet you as you drive in, and they tell you where to go. They let the van know where you will be, and it is there within seconds of parking. No walking with luggage. The driver lifts your luggage in, gives you a card that has your parking space listed on it. When you return, the driver takes your card, drops you off at your spot, takes luggage out and offers to actually place it in your vehicle. I have used your service at both San Francisco and Oakland — always great.
The only area for improvement was that the van took a little while to pick us up.
It is so close to the airport. Buses are prompt and the drivers are SO kind.

It’s convenient, I always feel safe and that my car is safe. I don’t worry at all once I’ve boarded the shuttle and don’t think about the car again until I get back.

i recently parked at the parking spot for a long weekend in Las Vegas. My expected return was Sunday night, but due to bad weather across the country, I didn't return until Tuesday. The parking spot accommodated me well, and when I called letting them know my arrival time, they had my car ready and waiting, and had charged my card for the extra days appropriately, with no surprise fees. It's this kind of excellent customer service that will keep me a loyal customer.

It is probably the most efficient service I have experienced. There are a plethora of drivers who pick you up right at your car regardless of where you park. They are in constant communication with someone about their whereabouts so you can really get to and from quickly, within minutes. You have to go through 2 security gates to get in and out so it is really safe. Finally, the price it right!

The drivers are always very helpful putting our luggage into the van and careful taking them out. Oftentimes they will help us secure them at the airport. When we return and there has been snow, they clean off our car. We have always used the Parking Spot for flights from Midway. We especially appreciate the upgrades and clean-up since the recent purchase, especially the addition of Handicap parking.
