Love Love Parking Spot! We fly out of Sky Harbour approximately 6-7 times a year and prefer the Parking spot if the price is reasonable compared to others such as Rightway.

It is very convenient and the customer service is unmatched. I am new to the area and booked my reservation at the wrong airport. I had some issues with payment and a few other things but Dylan Burney, the assistant manager for The Parking Spot at Love Field, went above and beyond with assisting me with the issues I was having. He was very communicative, quick to respond, and professional. 10/10 will definitely be using this again.

Convenient and close proximity to the airport. Friendly, helpful and safe drivers. Easy pick-up when returning. I don’t like the double increase in holiday parking rates. If I didn't have a corporate discount, I would park elsewhere that is less expensive, especially for long term stays.

The valet parkers are very efficient and professional. The shuttle bus is timely both going to the airport and on the return trip. I would definitely park there again.

Quick & attentive drivers at the Parking Spot pick up location. Buses are fewer at airport pickup but very responsive when given a ring when they are 'on call' status.

Last time had small problem catching van to airport; saw two vans leave lot without picking us up despite waving to come by us.

I like the added perk of valet service, it makes me feel special and its so convenient to not have to hunt down my vehicle. The staff at century have always been friendly and helpful-even when not doing valet service.
The shuttle drivers are extra special! I have yet to have a grumpy one, despite the fact that they are having to deal with LA airport traffic, cranky drivers and rude people!

Easy in and out….never have to wait very long for a shuttle and love the yellow with black spots paint job on shuttle so it is very easy to spot

I always use you when I travel, your drivers are always helpful with my bags and i feel safe at night. Normally i do covered valet but this most recent time I used uncovered self park for the first time. No surprise that I lost my ticket and could only remember the aisle. Your driver said don't worry we will find it and he did not make a big deal. I recalled row X and we found it easily he then met me at the check to help me navigate without my ticket. The service i received in self park this trip exceeded the service level of the other times i went with valet. I'll be doing self park and save a bit of money.

Water bottle at checkout is personal, thank you. Quick QR code check-in and out is great. Having a person in the booth for issues is great. The bus near as soon as we drive up is great. Simple ask is that at airport have bus waiting upon arrival. Excellent service from the parking spot! Covered parking is my favorite.
