Parking was available close to exit and shuttle was right there to transport me to the airport and pick up was right on time
Overall, your services were pretty good. However, it seems to me that the actual parking spaces a little too narrow for full sized vehicles like pickup trucks. For example, my space weas between another pickup truck on the drivers side and a post on the passenger side.
I could barely open my door without hitting the pickup and the post totally blocked the passenger door.
On the good side, though, the shuttle drivers were great!
It’s easy to drop off my car with the valet and grab the shuttle to the terminal. When I get back home, my car is waiting for me

Only reason I did not give a 10 is because we had to wait about 10 minutes to get picked up from our parking spot to be taken to the terminal. This is not the first time that we wait significantly, there are improvement opportunities there.

We are old people who have moved from OKC where our airport was 20 minutes away. We travel about 8 trips a year. Now an hour away from DAL. TPS has made such a difference to us! We use outside check-in, I go inside, he drives to park covered, you bring him to the airport, return trip reverse. Has made it so nice not to have to lift and tote all our luggage. And since we're lo-tech, you even help us with checkout! TUSM!
