It’s easy to reserve a space, then pull in on the travel day and park. This trip, I pulled in and the shuttle Mr. Carl was driving was right there waiting. When I returned, Mr. Axel pulled up less than 2 minutes after I’d exited the terminal and dropped me at my car quickly and efficiently.

On my exit, I couldn’t figure out why the account wasn’t showing paid up front and the woman at the booth was *so* incredibly nice about showing me what she had (I guess I hadn’t finalized the payment, but I’m not sure what I did wrong. Did I need to pay online or with my credit card when I arrived?). In any case, I love The Parking Spot. I know my car will be safe and that the service will be outstanding!

My suggestion : The parking rates should be decreased for returning customers and for the customers who are parking more than one night.

Convenient location close to the airport and area hotels. I like the fact that you offer covered parking and quick and efficient bus transportation with courteous and helpful drivers. The Parking Spot is a wonderful service we use each time we fly out of Orlando.

Love the quick access, the immediate pick up at our car, the convenient drop off at the airport and the quick and easy pick up and drop back to our car from the airport when we return. The drivers are safe and friendly and our car is secure.

I would definitely use The Parking Spot again! Renting a spot was easy and cheaper than others around the area. The shuttles picked us up and dropped us off right at our car (which was great because we arrived and left in the dark!) and the shuttle drivers were all so friendly!

The drivers were very good with both pick up and drop off at the lot and at the airport. It was easy to book, park, and pay. The car wash was a welcome bonus.
