We fly out of Cleveland only because of Parking Spot. We LOVE your service. We have only had one driver that did not want to help with loading and unloading bags. He sat in his seat and asked if everyone needed help. Other than him, we have had incredible drivers that go over and above. Some ladies that really have a hard time with the heavy bags, muscle through it to do their job well. We Love the Parking Spot!

On January 2nd, around 4:00 PM, I arrived at IAH and took the bus to The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton. I’m wondering if a black pouch was left behind on that bus. It contained items like earphones and cables. I would really appreciate it if it has been found.
