The Parking Spot 2 at Dallas Love Field has been a life saver. It is easy to schedule, the lot is never filled and the shuttle bus drivers are there to pick you up at your car. There is no shuffling bags to a pick up spot, they personally put your bags in the bus and the friendly drivers keep you company to your gate. Upon return, yes you have to wait a pit, but the shuttle pick up spot is not far and when they do show up, they put your bags in the bus and drive you directly to your car. I never had this type of service when I lived in California. They not only unload your bags, but they put them in your car. I can't say enough amazing things about the service, price and simplicity of use! Thank You! T. Caruso

I like being able to book, enter, exit and pay through the app. I wasn't able, however, to tip the operator using the QR code on our trip to the airport.

If it's practical, i would like to see the shuttles in a real-time map, a la Lyft, when I'm at the airport waiting for a ride back.

Last, does TPS plan to offer EV charging at DFW any time soon? It doesn't have to be the fast kind, and it doesn't even have to be covered. If you can point me to a 110V outlet on a 10 amp circuit, along the perimeter, that would be perfect for my needs.

I like reserving on line and scanning code when I arrive. It is very easy and efficient. And the shuttle buses run very frequently.

I do like the ease of using your service when departing for my flight. My only complaint is that I see more busses for the Sepulveda one upon arrival back from trip.

I loved that the shuttle both picked me up and dropped me off AT MY CAR! And, the card with my parking slot number and directions for accessing shuttle upon return are also dynamite.
