It was relatively easy to reserve a parking space; and the shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous. My only problem was in the payment process; the automated system didn't promptly provide a receipt and I had to drive off without one.

The shuttle vans are always there when we park to take us to the terminal. And upon return we never have to wait for the shuttle to take us back to our car. Drivers are friendly and they keep a note of where you are parked and drop you off right at your car.
