I used the valley parking in Newark and was immediately greeted on arrival and my vehicle was immediately available on arrival of the shuttle. The only issue was that the location of where to get the shuttle at the new terminal in Newark airport wasn't very clear.

Secure lot for parking vehicle, reasonable cost, reasonably good pick up and drop off
everything was good except for the first shuttle driver that came to my parked car to tell me, with only 1or 2 people in his shuttle, that he could not take us to the airport as he was not going to my terminal and that another shuttle would be by to pick me up. Not sure how he knew that since he did not bother to ask which airline we were flying. When I asked why, he said he was talking to someone on his radio and he got back in his shuttle and left. We waited more than 5 minutes for the next shuttle. Not a happy start to a vacation especially when we arrived early due to it being easter break. Second shuttle driver had no explanation either.

The only thing I dislike now is that the pick up spot has moved so far from baggage claim. If you have a lot of bags or small children, it makes it really difficult as pick up is essentially where drop off is. That's rough after a long day of travel.
Regardless of the time we are departing or returning for our trip, the Parking Spot is always there, the employees are always courteous, cheerful and helpful, and getting in and out is a breeze.
Convenient
Reservations can be made ahead of trip. Cold water bottle at check out. Buses picking up and returning you to your vehicle after your flight and helping with the baggage. I have lots of points for using your lot but cannot find a way on your reservation site to redeem them.

Easy to scan into lot with app (but also you have an attendant if there are issues), Pick up by shuttle at your car, friendly employees, bottles of water as you leave the lot. Discounts on long stays.
