The Customer Service representatives at the STL Parking Spot #1 are Awesome. I appreciate that I receive modified valet service. As a handicapped individual this keeps me from having to disassemble my mobility scooter to take the shuttle to the airport and put it together again. It makes my journey less complicated .
Parking at your facility was a wonderful experience. When we returned from a 10 hour flight that should have been an hour and a half, we found our battery was dead on our car. Within ten minutes there was a kind gentleman there to give us a jump. We are returning in July.
