Hello I am revising my review from yesterday when I gave it a 2. John Leary immediately called me to try and make sure he understood why I issued that rating. My intent was not to damage the great reputation and the high regard that I hold for John Leary and his staff. As I said, over the many years I have come to know and appreciate John, Eddy, Melanie, Derrick, Chris and Chris and all. They have treated me and my wife wonderfully over the years.

My rating of 2 yesterday was an attempt to send a message to the corporate office that your prices are ridiculous. I rate the location a 10 but the corporate office a 0. As I said. I will not pay 21 a day for parking when Charlie Brown's is right across the street at $10 a day.

As business people maybe you do not care about customers. You should especially someone who keeps two cars basically year round at two of your locations.
I am out at your Pittsburgh location. It hurts me to say that. I will be back if your corporate pricing returns to competitive levels.
To conclude - you have excellent employees who care deeply in Pittsburgh. It is a shame that your lack of market knowledge could drive me away forever. I will miss the team there. Just so you know, I do book usually 2 to 3 months out. Maybe next week is an anomaly. Please reflect on what I am saying, 10 to 12 a day is better than $0

It's easy and there is little to no wait time for a shuttle.

Secure parking, appreciate covered parking to protect my vehicle from the elements, easy booking, check-in, & checkout.

As soon as you get in the parking spot the bus is there to pick you up before you can even get out of the vehicle. It is safe enough that I am not scared to travel alone. We always park at the Parking Spot 2!

This parking option has been my choice for many years that I visit/use weekly for work and while it’s had its ups and downs, consistently over the last year, I’ve felt Parking Spot 1 (not 2) is reliable with vans coming around more frequently, van drivers being so kind and my airline employee rate/discount staying at a reasonable, affordable rate. Thank you for your dependability!!

Timely parking and pickup to and from the airport. Really like one being on the east side of the airport. Both drivers were friendly and courteous.

Have always used The Parking Spot and this trip both drivers, picking up and dropped off again were very friendly and nice.
The male driver that picked us up at airport to take us back to our car, had a full bus but took the time to stop where people were flagging him down to be picked up and said I’m full but called for back up it’s right behind me, I got you covered.
I even said to him, I never had a driver do that!!

Great location on the way to the airport, friendly employees, and pickup after arrival was easy with my car waiting for me back at the garage.

I have used Parking Spot since I discovered it several years ago. My continued patronage speaks to my satisfaction. I have other options, but since using Parking Spot in lieu of airport parking, I have not had reason or interest to check out anything else

So easy and convenient

Reservations, covered parking option and not having to worry with driving and parking at the airport. The refreshing beverage offered when leaving is a nice, appreciated touch.
I also like short wait times for a shuttle and being picked up and dropped off at my car, both for safety reasons and because I have mobility issues.
