Fast pickup at a terminal and in parking lot.
Reasonable price.
The parking spot has been my go to for many many years. I have noticed the delay in pick up or drop off, sometimes the busses are taking a really long time. I would suggest to review an improvement process to avoid upsetting customers.

The east location is very convenient for anyone coming from the 130 tollway. Shuttles are prompt and the drivers extremely courteous.

Nice friendly drivers, clean vans. Did not seem to have to wait as long at the terminal for pickup. Usually the other companies vans come and go several times before another West van comes around. This time it wasn't too bad.

Services provided were so accomodating. Pick up right away at our vehicle as soon as we parked. Pick at airport within minutes of calling. Drivers so helpful with our luggage.

Premium covered parking, convenient location, bus cleanliness, most drivers are friendly, and safety & security are positives. My only concern: having to wait 15-20 minutes to be picked up at the lot on a regular basis (50%).
