The staff is so efficient and kind. The cost is reasonable and I don't have to worry about finding parking and trudging through the lot to the airport. They deliver beyond what they promise and we don't park anywhere else.

Just about every thing. great customer service!
Unfortunately i was unable to tip my driver on the return trip (I had the same driver both times) In the past there has been a QR that had the drivers name and picture, then you could rate and tip.
There was not one up for him. He was a really nice driver and I would still be interested in leaving a tip for him.
Also, for some reason I had a hard time selecting my departure and return date when I booked. I actually had to call customer service. In the past that part was really easy. This time I had a bit of a struggle with it.

All around great service….i love the complimentary bottle water. It helps after a long flight home.

Front the drop off to the pick up of our car it all runs smoothly. Everyone from inside workers to drivers are very friendly.

The drivers are always very helpful putting our luggage into the van and careful taking them out. Oftentimes they will help us secure them at the airport. When we return and there has been snow, they clean off our car. We have always used the Parking Spot for flights from Midway. We especially appreciate the upgrades and clean-up since the recent purchase, especially the addition of Handicap parking.

I liked how easy it was to park and pay and reserve a spot. I liked how when I got there, there was a shuttle right away to pick me up, and how the attendants were at getting you back to your vehicle parking spot.

Always a convenient and quick way to get to and from airport and feel my car is safe while I'm away!

Parking was easy. The shuttle was right there.
In return, the shuttle returned me to my car. Easy peasy. Both divers were very helpful with getting my bags on and off the shuttle.

Easy to get reservations and get in/out and to the airport. Prices are great!

Good service, courteous, shuttle drivers never had an issue picking a shuttle up or getting on one always tip the guy or girl for handling my bags
