easy to set up and pre pay- I could print out the QR code (nice touch with the same code when leaving) - as soon as you park there is a shuttle to take you to your airline. When coming home-
They run shuttles very often ,we didn't evem have to call 4 pick up- there shuttles are easy to spot.

I have always thought the service and convenience has been top notch. This trip I was blown away. I left my drivers side window open when I left for my trip. When I retuned, my window had been covered with plastic to protect my vehicle from the weather. I'll never park anywhere else again with service like this. Truly so appreciated!

Hi, I've been using the Parking Spot for a good several years now. Sometimes we park together then bring all our bags on the shuttle and get dropped off together. Sometimes we split up, drop off our group and bags and only one of us takes the shuttle. Last time, I was picked up from the airport to be dropped off at my vehicle by myself (58 yr old female). I got on the shuttle while the rest of my group/family waited for their bags and I would pick up my vehicle then drive around to pick them and their bags up. (we felt this was a wise move to move things along since it was late at night) When I got on the shuttle, there was one other couple that got on in front of me (even though I arrived at the bus stop first, they "cut" me) I would just like to say, I think it wouldve been nice to drop me off first, I never need to be first, but I was the closest and being by myself, It was a little uncomfortable being on the bus alone. It's only a suggestion, but If there is a single rider, maybe the couple could be on the shuttle for a minute longer while the single rider gets dropped off? Again, it wasn't about being first, just about making a single rider comfortable.

Nice people, convenient to airport. Price was better than other options. There are, however, some spots where to fabric covers don’t provide full shelter. Also, it requires wayfinder service like Maps to get there. Overall, a very well run business with very helpful drivers.

Very efficient. Typically friendly drivers. Ease of using. Good value. Free water. Not perfect every time, of course. Occasional service lapses or frustrations, but that comes with the territory. On the whole, great job!

Staff was prompt, welcoming and got us checked in quickly. When we called upon return they answered, said the shuttle would be there soon and had our car ready upon arrival. The only complaint was the shuttle driver looking at us, continuing on and having to flag down another driver to radio. When we got on our shuttle at 2:00am the driver was not friendly and seemed annoyed.
