Well priced ,great staff, close to airport, entirely reliable. Valet is great, love the water bottles, and I get my car washed.

I like proximity to airport, frequency of shuttle buses, however recently it took them 10 min to pick me up from parking lot. This put my flight at risk

Relatively inexpensive. Easy to reserve. Many shuttles resulting in short wait times. Full coverage for covered parking (better than the other Parking Spot lots at IAH). Better location than the other two lots for me because it is on the way to the airport (I live in Katy).
