The best part about Parking Spot 1 is the people driving the buses - safe, friendly helpful drivers.
Prompt pick ups upon arrival at the parking lot. Minimal waiting at the airport for the return trip.

I love being able to do what I need in the app - make a reservation, tip my driver if I don’t have cash, and summon the shuttle after returning home. I’ve used valet and self-park and both are easy, stress-free options. I rest assured that my car is safe and secure while I am away. Drivers and desk staff have always been friendly and courteous. The BDL location is only a few minutes from departures and arrivals. I wish you had a location at JFK!
