Super friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle in the parking lot. Stopped for us at the airport when we waved them down. Like the Parking Spot 2 spaces, not as tight as the covered parking. Plan to always use The Parking Spot when traveling!

Enjoy the valet drop service and appreciate all the hard working staff.

Don’t understand why at valet there is a need to go inside to check in after getting my ticket outside from the attendant.

I had a very good experience with MIA Park and Fly. Check-in was quick, the shuttle to MIA ran frequently, and the drivers were polite and helpful with luggage. My car was exactly as I left it when I returned. Fair pricing and reliable service—I’ll definitely be using them again for future trips.
