Someone is always there to take you to the airport only one time the trip I just took I waited then I walked to the gate to tell the lady and she called somebody and they came to the gate to pick me up but when I came back the guy put the wrong stuff on my ticket so we had to drive around to find my car

I really appreciate the people who work at this lot. They are helpful and friendly. I do not like that we have to wait until all covered parked cars are dropped off before uncovered. Especially when we passed our car twice. Drivers could be more organized in how they manage the covered parking people. We sometimes go by the same set of cars because the information on the slip is not organized to be most efficient in his drop off.
