Quick courteous pick up!

The drivers are always so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would suggest is that you allow the drivers to drop at the curbside checkin for those passengers that are disabled. It is very difficult to manage luggage after getting off the bus to get to where I can drop my bags.

As always the service was great. I really like the reservation and quick check out improvements. Shuttle drivers polite and professional. Everything was top notch.

As soon as we drove up there was a shuttle pulling up to our car and putting our luggage on the shuttle. Drop off and pickup from the airport was super fast and easy.

There are scouts in the Parking Area keeping track of all customers arriving to parking area throughout the large area so everyone gets picked up as quick as possible.

Didn't have to wait on either end really, a max of one minute. Promptness is important to me especially coming home.
