It’s easy to make a reservation. Vans are usually quick to pick up when going to the airport. Most drivers are helpful with bags.

My last trip back to parking from the airport however, our driver pulled in front of an oncoming parking spot van that was driving through the lot. I was sitting in the seat adjacent to the driver. She slammed on the brakes and I flew into the plastic frame of the vehicle. No, I wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. This was the first time I had a scare while in one of your vans.

I never have to wait for more than a few minutes for a someone to pick me up in the lot or at the airport. The vans are clean and comfortable. The app allows for easy in and out. The drivers are kind and helpful.

Our parking went smoothly on this visit. Slow pickup in the parking lot upon arrival, which was unusual, picked up quickly at the terminal at the end.
I was happy to get to use points to pay for a majority of this visit.
Overall a good experience.

My husband and I have used all three Parking Spot locations near the Phoenix
Airport. Each one a little different but all have the same quick reliable service. At most we have been dropped off at the airline door about 15 minutes after pickup at the parking spot where we parked our car. The driver gives you a card with the exact parking spot location of your car to be given to the driver of the van when you return. Dropped off at your car and a bottle of water on the way out. You are on your way. Nice.
