Everything about process is easy, booking, parking, shuttle, driver tips, drop-off at the airport and at the lot. My wife and I like that the shuttle driver was directing us where to park, then loaded our luggage onto the shuttle bus and gave us a card with our parking location. Also, we were happy to be dropped off at our car, which is where the card the driver gave us came in handy.

Easy, but need more transportation from airport to your lot, had to wait for 6 buses for one to arrive to carry me to your JFK lot from the airport terminal. Also when checking out tried to get printed receipt but the machine wasn’t working. But I did receive one on email later.

Great customer service. Getting us from the parking spot to the airport in a timely manner and vise versa.

Convenience of parking without any hassles. Additionally, the fact that the shuttle driver had the equipment to remove the snow that was on my car when I was ready to return home -- it was something I was worried about; I was not prepared for the snow event that occurred while I was away.
