Generally, I like that there is usually no wait after parking before loading a van and heading to the airport. However, on our last trip we did have a significant wait because there were more people waiting than could fit onto a van, so we had to wait for another van which took quite a bit of time.

I hope this doesn't mean that due to a shortage of drivers or some other reason, we will have to plan on longer times to board a van.

Other than this one issue, we enjoy all the convenience and service of the Parking Spot.

i want the thank the staff at my recent visit, I mistakenly left my phone in my car for 8 days. I had called by using my brothers phone and told the staff I would be returning sooner to the site so they sent a van and I got into my car and headed to the exit, My phone was on charge but I still couldnt use the app to exit,
I showed the paperwork I had of my change to the site and after so discussion let me out. I greatly appreciated their help,

Drivers are very courteous and up beat. Shuttles are usually fast, never have to wait too long.

The busses are always on time picking u up at your vehicle. And gets u to the airport in a timely

The employees had helped us, loading our bags, as well as unloading them later. The reception we have from those that worked at the counter, as well as the drivers.

Not a hassle. I can earn points. The lot is close to the terminal. The vehicles are comfortable. I have someone to load and unload my luggage. I am picked up from my vehicle right at my car and in a timely fashion.

Great parking spots uncorvered and covered for a reasonable price and mini buses run regularly at baggage. Usually 5 minute wait tops. The drivers are overall very nice. Ive been using the Parking Spot for over 10 years! Oh, and you even get a free bottle of water when you leave (and they are refrigerated during the summer).

Parking Spot personnel servicing the Pittsburgh airport, no matter if it is very early in the morning or very late at night, are always personable, polite and helpful.

Overall you guys do a great job. Once in a while you have a pick up driver drive right past you while in the lot standing with you bags. Then it takes 5-10 minutes to get picked up. Only happens 10-15% of the time. Maybe make drivers aware that THIS makes customers NOT Happy. Also, truly appreciate when a quick spur of the moment comes up and the lot is full BUT the PS Associates always come up with a solution. THANKS!
