I was able to park by the elevator upon arrival. The wait going to the airport (about 15 minutes) and returning to the Parking Spot (no wait at all!) was not long - The Parking Spor drivers were both helpful in getting my luggage in and out of the shuttle - coming and going.

Excellent customer service. I had concerns relative to the condition of the buses and Daniel answered my concerns in a swift and honest reply. Been a valet customer for 10+ years and the parking spot always comes thru. Not looking forward to the upcoming no shuttles allowed at LAX. Will loose one of the nice touches of traveling comfort by having luggage taken care of. Thanks to Daniel.

Every driver I have had is polite and professional and are very helpful to me with me bag. One lady even put my bag into my vehicle because I was having trouble.

All was good. Vehicle was safe and secure. App was navigable. Little difficult to find proper exit point when leaving after late night arrival.
