The south location is convenient. Shuttles run regularly and the drivers are generally very friendly and helpful. The one time we had a vehicle problem staff was outstanding!

The shuttle services to & from the airport doors, to & from my vehicle.. The MDW drivers are always nice and helpful. The MDW cashiers are always pleasant and helpful with the checkin & out process. . Although I wish the prices were a little less, I do look forward to the special periodic discounts, which are helpful. Also, the rewards program in which a free parking day can be earned. The Midway Airport 47th Street location is always clean.

What do you like about our services?

I like the convenience and the covered parking. One thing I didn’t like was our driver on my return trip. He was not interested in loading the luggage in the bus or unloading it. The other people on the bus did it themselves but I’m a 71 year old female and I have a problem lifting my luggage off and on the bus. I expect the driver to do that and I tip well for that service. I don’t appreciate an uncooperative driver.
