It’s Easy to reserve; discount coupons save money; it’s easy to access and check out at the lot; when it snows, the drivers will clear off our car and also we are NEVER boxed in by plowed snow; and there is always a prompt shuttle bus with friendly drivers. Best of all, we are treated nicely, something I rarely experienced with the airport lots.

Quick service and on time

I tried the Valet service and it was excellent. Worth the extra few dollars when you arrive at 11 p.m. and have your car ready when you get off the shuttle. There is a great AAA discount. Shuttle drivers are helpful and kind. I've never been charged extra if I exit a few minutes later than pre-paid time. The water bottle at the exit is a nice welcome home!

I like that the Parking Spot is less expensive than parking at the airport and you are very prompt at picking me up at the airport to take me directly to my car in your covered lot.

I made reservations for March 1 at approximately 4pm, when I arrived I was told to park P, well there no spaces in P so I parked in O, I saw a driver and waved at him and he kept going. I stood in the rain for almost 10 minutes waiting on a shuttle bus, when one did arrive myself and 5 other people got on and we thought that he was taking us to the airport, nope, he pulled over and said that another bus was coming to take us (really?) second bus showed about a minute later and well guess what it was the same drive who passed by me a few minutes earlier. As a result I now have an awful cold with no voice from having to stand out in the rain.

I love the app and ease of booking, paying, entry and exit. The shuttles are always clean and comfortable, waits rarely long, and drivers helpful and accommodating. Our most recent experience was a perfect example. Mr. Sanford quickly and efficiently assisted all passengers wirh their bags, bringing us right to our vehicle.
