The parking service was an exceptional experience for me. It was my very first time ever driving myself to the airport and using a park and service. It was raining the day I traveled so that in itself made me nervous. By the time I arrived to the parking spot my nerves were shot. However the attendant that helped (I wish I could remember his name) was very nice and helped me calm down. He was patient and told me not to rush. The return trip was just as smooth. My vehicle was waiting on me.
Now that is what you call service!

Shuttle buses are always moving and the wait times are minimum. We also valet park so when we return our vehicle is parked and ready to go. If you have AAA the prices are competitive with the out parking lots.
Parking is easy and convenient. The staff are courteous and do their job well.
TPS is so much better than the airport parking lot where it can take a long time for a bus to arrive. It used to be better but I love the service of the drivers and convenience. Well worth it. Be aware that they do not refund cancelled parking reservations so if there's a chance of cancelling, then make reservation a day or so before needed.
