I like how easy it is to reserve a spot online. When I arrive at the parking spot, I don’t have to wait very long at all for my shuttle pick up. It’s always very quick.
The only drawback I have seen is I almost had to cancel my reservation. I noticed that there is no refund for canceling.
My boss’s flight was canceled out of IAH and had she reserved a spot, she would not have been refunded as she ended up having to fly out of Houston Hobby.

We have parked at the Buffalo lot twice over the last year and have been consistently impressed. The service is friendly regardless of the hour, and the staff truly seems to care about the customers.
One of the biggest perks is the shuttle frequency, you are picked up in minutes which is important since Buffalo can get cold—you are never left stranded. In fact, be careful you’re actually ready to go before hitting the 'request' button on the app; the drivers are so efficient they can be there within seconds! The app is incredibly responsive and user-friendly. I’ve never had an issue retrieving my QR code or calling for a ride.
