I like the ease of parking at your facility, to be picked up at my car and dropped at the terminal. I also especially appreciate the shuttle frequency upon my return to BWI. I used to use the West location for many years but the shuttle availability upon return to BWI was pretty bad so I changed to North. Very glad that I changed to North.

We have used The Parking Spot for many years. We go to Parking Spot east. It is reasonably priced and convenient for us. We feel like our car is very safe while we are gone. The shuttles are frequent and transport between the airport and The Parking Spot is very timely.

Easy check in/out. Van drivers are very nice and helpful with luggage and answering questions about Airport status. We have never waited long for a van upon arrival.

The drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle was the best experience I have ever had. They even unloaded my vehicle for me. Fast and quick trip in shuttle van was extremely easy.
