Several things: The prices are reasonable. The service is timely, both leaving and returning. The facilities are clean and well-stocked.

What do you like about our services?

I like that I'm able to park in a covered lot at a reasonable rate. The spaces and lanes are spacious, so you feel that your vehicle is safe. I like that the shuttle seems to be at my car while I'm still taking out my luggage and I like the bottles of cold water at the exit.

I use The Parking Spot whenever I travel.

I lost my parking spot card, but the driver was kind enough to let me show him where I parked. I was worried about not being able to board the shuttle.

Driver was very helpful with my luggage due to the zipper was removed fro. My.luggage from Cabo to IAH. She had a strap in her backpack and she strapped my luggage down.
