Ease of making a reservation, shuttle drivers are always great and load and unload your luggage. Of course, the covered parking is the main reason I choose The Parking Spot East. It is also very near the Austin Airport.

Finding a parking spot is easy. The shuttle bus is always read to pick us up at our spot. The many drivers we've had have all been friendly, helpful with the bags and very good drivers. It's always a pleasure.
