It’s easy but due to the construction additional signs would help especially at night. We missed the entrance off the highway. Putting a “Parking Spot” sign up in your logo would have really helped.

Easy parking and transport to and from the airport

We liked the friendly staff in the shuttles, easy online reservation system. Had to modify our reservation once on the trip and it was also very easily done.
The only thing that could be improved upon is when returning to lot to find car, our driver had ticket that said “silver Audi” and our car was a silver Lexus.

It’s a great way to park without worrying about your vehicle. The shuttle makes it very easy to get to the airport and then to get back to your vehicle. We always use The Parking Spot because it runs at all times day or night.

Your drivers are incredible, every time i fly , I park at The Parking Spot.
Each time I am loaded with bags, and your drivers go above and beyond to lend a helping hand...I will definitely refer other friends parking at the airport about your facilities

Pricing is good compared to onsite airport parking

I feel certain that my car will be safe while I am away. I like the pre-pay, and the QR code system. I like the fact that the shuttles come around frequently when I'm returning and waiting for one at the terminal.
And the free water is a nice touch. See you next time.

Overall excellent service! One of the transports followed us into the covered self park area so that we were on our way to the airport very quickly. On our return we had a very short wait to return to the parking area. The staff were great!

The only problem is the wait for buses to pick up from the terminal. It seems like West is always less frequent than East and other services like FastPark.

I was so easy to book, pay, enter the spot, get ride to airport and easy return and exit. Love the Spot
