Location is easy to get to and you get picked up by my car. Didn’t have to wait for shuttle to return to my car.

The drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. They picked us up right at my car. They knew exactly where to drop us off at the correct gate. They were easy to find when we came back and dropped us off right at our car. I LOVED it!

Secured parking. Shuttle to and from sirport with help loading and unloading luggage. The driver even loaded our heavy bags into our car on our return to MCI.

App is easy to use. The shuttle tracker is accurate. The shuttles are always quick to pick you up from your car. They pull up before I even finish parking! The drivers have all been courteous and professional. Always got me to the airport quickly and safely. The staff that checks you in and out at the entrance have always been welcoming. The periodic sales are great too.
