I enjoy being able to make my reservation for my parking at the same time as I make my flight reservations. I do not want to have to search for some kind of a parking spot or be concerned that there might not be one. Instead, it is tremendously convenient to know that you have a spot and it is a covered parking area.
Transportation to and from the airport has never been an issue. They are prompt and picking me up at the airport as they are prompt in taking me from parking to the airport.

What differentiates an organization is how they treat their customers and the efforts they make in doing things right and fair. TPS is one of them. When i had an issue with my final bill, Ana and Dan reached out to me and made it right. They may be a pit pricier but their service make up for it. Recommended !
Excellent experience! The parking facility neae MCI airport was very convenient, and the shuttle provided immediate pick-up and drop-off service, making my trip to and from Birmingham completely hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The facility was neat, clean, and well maintained. I felt comfortable leaving my car here and would definitely use this service again. Highly recommended!
