On my return trip, I was having an unexplained medical issue and could hardly walk. The driver was kind enough to put my luggage in the trunk of my car. I cannot tell you how that made my otherwise horrific day.
I understand why you try to fill up your buses before you head for the airport BUT it makes me really stressed out especially with the current situation. However, it would be nice if we didn't have to run all over the parking facility to fill the bus up before we head out.

We want to thank and recognize the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by our driver, Eric Milton, We are both in our upper 70s and Mr. Milton was so kind to not only take our 5 pieces of luggage off the shuttle but he put them in our car for us. It was after 11:00 p.m. and we were exhausted and this was a true gift of kindness. The Managers that we have spoken to have been gracious and kind and provide great customer service too. Please give our kudos to Eric Milton and your Management team.
