Fast & convenient
Always a good experience! The drivers are so helpful with luggage. The driver who picked me up around 09:00pm on 11/17 waited for me to find my keys and safely get into my car and even gave me directions to get back on the highway to home before he left. I'm a 76 year female and ALWAYS feel secure using all parking spot locations!!!
The parking lot was convenient and the shuttle could not have been faster. This was my first time using the parking spot and I'll always use it when I need to leave my car at LAX.

Convenient
Close and convenient parking to the DAL terminal. My only qualm is that I am not a fan of the Covered/Premium model that you recently launched. It seems to have confused the pick-up process.* The drop-off procedure had always been subject to the driver calculating the most efficient routing for the travelers returning to their cars and travelers had no say in the routing. The preference for dropping off Premium travelers, first, would generally be hard to discern from the efficient routing that previous dictated the drop-off order.
*On multiple occasions, I have been waiting to be picked up in the Covered sections, only to see a nearly empty shuttle headed to the terminal from the Premium section.
