I never have to wait for the shuttle when I drop my vehicle off or when I pick it up. My car is always waiting when I get off the shuttle. My vehicle's most recent stay I had the interior and exterior cleaned! What a great job they did!!! They even moved all the stuff I had left in the vehicle to clean where it was!!!!

You are very conveniently located. Your prices are reasonable. I feel that my vehicle is safe on your lot. Living about 45 minutes from the airport, driving and parking at Parking Spot makes great economic sense for trips of 10 days or less versus cab/Uber, etc.
The service is very convenient, with multiple shuttles running at various times. All of the drivers and clerks at the gate have all been very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The cold water upon your exit is also a another great perk! The only drawback is other customers. Some people are not as considerate as others, and do not operate with a sense of urgency. Be mindful of that and allow yourself adequate time before your flight. However, the front door drop-off and pickup does expedite your wait times.

Quick easy and reliable!
Quick trip to/from the airport. However, please ask your Parking Spot Drivers to park in their correct spot at the pickup station. I was waiting at the correct sign and the SKY parked at another Parking Spot's sign. I almost did not have room to catch that bus.
