The Parking Spot West is in a great location. While a large aspect of my choice is based on many years of parking in this location with little desire to move, the continued quality of shuttle service and the new use of the app for entrance and exit is a great improvement.

Drivers from / to were very polite and helpful. The "other" off-site parking companies' shuttles were seemingly running more frequently for pickups from the airport. I had to wait about 3-5 minutes longer than some of the other people that were using a different company. Also, if the shuttle bus is full, it would be great if the driver gave the option to get out right upon entering the lot so we can walk to our car. Especially if you're parked in the 20s and are in a time crunch vs. taking the shuttle around the entire lot.
Easy to work with
We were picked up quickly, I made reservations online phone app. But when we arrived back to get our vehicle we didn't get waters. We always enjoy that because we are very thirsty. It was late and the booth was closed.
