Quick easy parking

Convenient. Love the covered parking option. Love that the driver drops you right at your car. You don’t have to drag your bags across a busy parking lot.

Top value for airport parking, I choose the Parking Spot hands down. I've tried others and this is much more convenient and easy on the wallet.

I love getting picked up right by my car as I park and being delivered back there when I come home. I always know where my car is parked with the little card they give me.

However, the last few times we have used Parking Spot, we were told to park in a lane that was already full (December), we waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up by shuttle after parking our car (Dec and Jan), and the line to get a return shuttle at the airport was very long (Dec). I think the seasonal adjustments this year have nothing t been as good as past years. Still best in town, but not as good as previous years.

I have utilized the Parking Spot two times and each time I am extremely impressed with the Service. The service is streamlined, efficient and the shuttle service is timely and clean. The parking spot has improved my travel experience by reducing unnecessary travel stressors which increases my ability to prepare for a flight I highly recommend this service.

Pick up drop off very helpful

It was incredibly easy to get set up an reservation, instructions to the parking lot were easy to follow, and the shuttle bus on both the departing and arriving flights made things as hassle free as it could be.

The location on the south side is so easy for me
to get there and out (live south of Tucson). Shuttles have always been at the curb without calling. This last trip (Dec 30) from the Time I walked off the plane to when I was in my car was under 20 minutes!!! The driver waited for me to get on my car mans made sure it started. I was traveling alone and even with others on the bus, he waited. I appreciate the free water, especially in the summer.

Proximity to the airport is excellent
I like the app, but it is currently not working for me. I really like the way the app quickly sends a shuttle to pick me up and that I can track shuttles on the app to know when they will arrive.

Entry way staff are very helpful and courteous. Once inside, both the covered and uncovered options are spacious and feel safe. The van drivers are very helpful with luggage and even assist with putting into my trunk if requested. The van drive to the airport is brief and the roads and the ride there are smooth. The App is easy to use and useful for tracking the location of vans. I love the loyalty program and free parks! I highly recommend the Parking Spot North at PHL.
