Quick and friendly drivers

It was easy, service was quick and cordial

Prompt and courteous.

When I dropped off my car, my bus bypassed my lane to service clients parking further in.
I walked to the entrance/exit and waited for the bus or another bus to pick me up.
A bus returning from the airport saw me and did a upturn and picked me up. Fine fellow.

Returning. I came out of thew airport to see 30 people waiting for a Parking Spot Bus.
A bus came and filled leaving 15 folks. I was last in line. A second bus showed up about five minutes later. Despite being packed to capacity I managed to find a seat.

Checking out at the exit there was a line due to a customer whose credit card did not seem to work. The customer became abusive with your employee. The issue was resolved a few minutes later but each of the cars in line required the help of the attendant to use their credit cards.

Ease and timeliness

So easy to get to/from the airport. Like how the driver picks us up right at our car. Finding the pickup location when we get back is easy. Dropping us off at our car and complimentary water when we leave is so nice, easy and convenient!

The driver was there when we left for the airport and when we arrived back quickly. Also the driver that returned us to our car was great as he took our suitcases and placed in our trunk, it was great service!!

I never have to wait for pick up in the lot and airport pickup is very timely - regardless of the time of day. I have never had any security issues - my car and I are very safe.

For years I’ve parked at this location. I like the location and now that I can scan to get in and out. Use and notify via your app for terminal pickup is great. I always encourage my family and friends to park there for business or vacation. Vans are clean and the drivers are always friendly and professional.
